Posting another video/audio of Adam's CMA rehearsal where apparently he was singing without a mike ... also as quick shot of the dancers that never were.

Ok, I now have a quick question, based on what I see and read: Is Adam now representing both The Voice as well as Idol in China? Adam does not represent either the Voice or the Idol in China. He is doing promos (and performing) for the Chinese versions of both franchise series, believe he also did one for South Korea, and another Asian country, can't remember which one right now....
Neither series was originally created & started out in the US, although the US has made the most successes out of them, and Adam being the most popular and well-known success to the Chinese and other Asians, coming out of a singing competition show, is the reason why he's their go-to guy, that and he looks gorgeous on TV. :D
We need to ask maddie, but I think they don't have ratings wars there. There might even be just one main channel. So it probably doesn't matter if he promotes 2 singing shows, like it would here! IDK! That would be North Korea, hon! There're 33 provinces in China, each has its own state owned & run multiple stations with tons of channels (available only to the state residents), then each city has its own small municipal stations as well, then of course, there're still lots of cable and satellite TV stations whose programs are accessible throughout the country, and the Big Boy, CCTV, the central government's mouth piece which is a mandate programming on every single TV station.
The Voice of China was broadcast on Zhejiang TV and The Chinese Idol will be on Dragon TV, both based in Shanghai, and both programs can be watched throughout China. But there is no ratings wars in China, I don't think there's even an official and concrete system like Nielson Ratings here in the US. China is very different from the US in this regard. State media are owned and run by the government, which means it will go belly up only when the government decides to shut it down; with the way economy has been/is going in China, don't think they're too concerned about the advertising dollars hard to come by, either; and, when you have a market of over a billion potential viewers, guess that also kinda takes the edge off.
