Adam looks fantastic, I like the color of his hair, beautiful soft look. And these incredibly beautiful eyes..

SophieB, I love Kerrys voice and I don't get it, why they didn't turn around. Maybe wrong song choice? And I understand the point that Brian May is making with saying that you have to see the whole package including looks and performance to make a judgement if you like a singer/ musician or not. But I think that the voice is a great platform for singers that are not that experienced or that haven't found their special style yet. So I tend to disagree with Brian on that one.

I agree with you, Augenpoesie. She has a great voice - but the song (Son of a Preacher Man) wasn't current or edgy enough to allow her voice to be 'interesting'. And I like the premise of the Voice - while it takes a way from the presentation aspects of a performance, it gives those who rely less on that, a chance to be judged, for that moment, on the quality of their voices alone - or for whatever quality the judges are seeking within those voices.

I didn't really know, but I was under the impression that country isn't popular in the UK. Can't understand why she didn't choose something more current and in line with popular taste. I can understand, though, why she would want a chance to become a solo artist. Doesn't every singer dream of performing their own songs in stadiums full of adoring, cheering fans?

ETA: from here in the very shallow end - Avicii looks gorgeous!!
