LOTS to discuss today... yhoo.it/ZOfPra Last night on "American Idol," Angie Miller went home in third place--a major upset, since she'd never been in the bottom two or three before, and many pundits (including me and my "The Day After" co-host, Matt Whitfield) thought she had a very good chance of winning the entire competition. Judging from how crestfallen the normally confident Angie seemed upon hearing the news, I don't think she saw this coming, either. But there was more "Idol" drama yesterday. Randy Jackson confirmed that he's quitting the show after Season 12, an announcement made amid rumors that he (along with his fellow judges) would have been fired anyway. Today, Matt and I talk about last night's results, Randy's resignation, and next week's finale, in a very action-packed "The Day After." Let's discuss! |

 Adam Lambert arrives at the Chateau Marmont with a gal pal on Thursday night (May 9) in West Hollywood, Calif. That night, the 31-year-old entertainer was highlighted in a catch-up segment on the results show of American Idol. During the show, host Ryan Seacrest revealed that Adam would be performing a “surprise duet” on next week’s finale. Sources tell THR that the surprise duet will be with Angie Miller, who, (SPOILER ALERT) was voted off of the show that evening. I'd rather it be a silly scenario, so if it was, YAY! But Adam holding his hands on his ears in the car was not silly and and I still have a slow burn about how close paps can get to celebs. AND I gave these jerks a hit by watching the clip. ![]() I know it's annoying, but it's a good thing that he is popular enough that they want to take his picture. Would be worse if they weren't interested.  |

MSNBC found something that Republicans, Independents and Democrats agree on -- no one likes Justin Bieber!! With great fame comes huge problems. He is extremely unpopular.
