Isn't this the exact same bust with different lighting at a different angle? LOL!

The statue doesn't look to me like any of the famous composers Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms that I associate with Wien (no obvious match with Schubert, Strauss or Bach, Vivaldi either). Haydn and Mozart usually have wigs with curls and have narrow faces, Beethoven and Brahms have wide face structure and wild hair in pics as I recall. Also the coat looks more like soldiers would use (thick fabric and heavy buttons).
The pics of Jefferson that came up first in search are painted when his is quite old (more pointed features and hair down on the sides) but there is some similarity, maybe a young Jefferson? Definitely a better direction for search I would say.

You were way smarter than I SophieB! I've been stuck in the rabbit hole for about an hour... This made me laugh out loud - love this pic. The rabbit looks stunned.

Now we just have to find the version of the Casanova bust candle without the bird! It is similar but not the right sculpture. I really think it is one of this company's bust candles.

I think the point was the candle in the head. But I hope someone IDs who it is. But what would the candle in the head MEAN ??? Flaming head-dress?

Yep it's Casanova! So funny that everyone thought it was one of the classical composers. Including me.
