161,203 views (but the jesse j performance is out pacing everyone at 302,000 views) 161 K is pretty impressive though you got to understand to most people in America Adam has done nothing in the past four years, four years in the music industry in America is like a lifetime almost, Adam just needs a HUGE commercial radio hit. He had WWFM that was his big one, but other artists have built careers on their HITS, and have gained respect for their artistry regardless of their vocal talents, Adam came into fame differently he was launched into the world with eyes wide open he then become a role model for the LGBT community it all became about EVERYTHING so soon. Artists for example say Katy Perry, Kesha e.t.c. Were all unknowns, Adams doing it the other way around and playing the game at the same time, I don't know how he does it to be honest lol. All i'm saying is name recogntion is important, some people may perceive Adam and Angie as two former contestents having an AMAZING duet, but not enough to draw more veiws as say JJ who is reknowned outside the show if that makes sense. |

Many fans downloaded the Adam/Angie performance which could be part of the reason the views of the official video aren't higher. Also there were several fan videos that had thousands of views & that too took away from the official one. Although JJ is not all that popular in the US she is in the EU & the views went up dramatically overnight. She also has far more twitter followers than Adam. People are posting links to loops of the official Titanium video on twitter & urging people to use those. I'm not sure these count so I've resisted. Anyone know for sure? Bottom line - the video is doing GREAT! As far as I can see it's #3 in popularity. This lovely performance wears so well (unlike the Jhud/Candice one) and I think people will be watching it over & over. AND - I don't like that pic above me. ![]() |

I'm not complaining (much) It's one of highest viewed videos of the night: JJ, JHud, Mariah, Adam. Considering it was a very short song and was not a get-up-out-of-your-seat song, it's doing well. More views than JLo, Keith, Psy. Someone needs to help me out with the Mariah lip-synching issue. I wasn't really watching her performance when it broadcast. I've watched the video now and I'm not seeing lip-synching. Am I blind and deaf? Is this the same thing people saw on tv? I'm losing my confidence because everyone (including Lyndsay Parker) was talking about it. |
