A3 is going to be in the style of that Chinese traditional singer that he judged on Chinese Idol!! ![]() Ahhh... I'm picturing him with those little cymbals on his fingers... I think he was fascinated by them. And the melody, too.  Those little finger cymbals are called "Zills". They are used a good bit by belly dancers. Here's a video of Mia Sha'uri, from Puerto Rico, 1st Runner Up at the Belly Dancer of the Year Competition in 2008. Since then she has won a number of major international belly dancer competitions. The dance starts with a silk veil and the zills part starts at 1:20. |

She probably is the best singer, but she has made horrible song choices all season. She's chosen to do dated songs. I could never connect to her at all. The best song she ever did, IMO, was the duet with Michelle tonight! I thought the coaches chose most of the songs! Which would be Adam Levine. OT but Adam Levine picked Judith Hill's song. The only singers who picked there own song so far this season was the Swon Brothers one week. And Blake gave them credit for the song choice. > ETA: I believe the producers help the coaches pick songs. I assume that Judith picked her faux hawk wig. She seems to be her own stylist. But the big mistake was to take a current song and do it retro-MJ style. Awful decision. Seems like the coaches (Adam Levine in this case) are a big part of the production decisions. Danielle also got stuck with a terrible song choice this week but I guess country fans liked it. Overall Usher and Blake have made some very wise song choices. Sasha survived in spite of Shakira's terrible song choices for her. Glad she recognized it. Maybe she will give Sasha something with a melody next week. |

Sorry but I find Clay Aiken to be pretty much irrelevant in today's music scene. And I don't like seeing Adam's name anywhere near his. Ok...I'll  ! It's funny because in the comments, the Clay fans are saying that Adam is irrelevant, a never-was, no presence in the US, has no fans, etc. I've never seen so much "pot calling the kettle black" in my life. |

Sorry nocturnal, no I don't have a larger version on hand but will look for one and send you a link when I find it. Will have to sort through a bunch of files. Update-see above - adamrocks posted a larger "similar" version above. Maybe that will work for you. Shows a bit more skin I will check to see if I can find the one I posted.
