Why is this important

You must undo the law of 6.13.1 "prohibit the promotion of homosexuality among minors" because the law violates the human rights of criminals and turns in adolescent homosexuals legalize persecution of their other children and adults, as well as the legitimacy of claims of discrimination against people on the basis of genetic characteristics, ie is a fascist.

In Russia passed a law 6.13.1 banning propaganda of homosexuality to minors. This makes teenage homosexuals in rogue announces criminals only because of genetic characteristics to legalize their harassment by other children and adults. Children are aware of their homosexuality at the age of 8-13 years, and the law forbids them to obtain information about their characteristics, does not feel like a complete person, does not allow to fully go through the process of personal and social identity. Heterosexual adolescents that law also is harmful because it makes to think that people can be assessed not by works and deeds, and on genetic characteristics. In the Russian LGBT people are not simply dismissed or abused - they are kill. Therefore, to achieve the abolition of the law is to protect some people, including children from bullying, while others keep from becoming a fascists.
