Hello everyone;
Taking a break from work to do a short recap.
I was one of the fortunate that met Adam after the soundcheck.. talk about fate!!!!
I introduced myself and shook his hand, I will never forget what that felt like.
I also had a short conversation with Brian, who is a very lovely man. Oh, and the pics of Dana don't do him justice.
The concert.. it was running late, but the breaks between performers were not too long. It was extremely crowded, very very hot, and there were lots of mingling bartenders with vodka shots.. the crowd was in great form. Most of the people had been there for more that 5 hours , many many gay couples and a great mix of Glamberts and first time Adam viewers.
Adam put everything on the stage, he was phenomenal, vocally , visually, energy-wise. Everyone around me seemed very pleased. Some were chanting for an encore, but anyone who knew Adam's work would have realized he had covered all the songs in the show.
My friends came friends and left Glamberts.. it was awesome.
Oh, and Adam looks fine, he's taking very good care of himself. Like an athlete would.

Sorry if this is repetitious but I just got around to watching the last episode of Smash (always liked Megan Hilty who has a new gig on TV). The cast did a very nice rendition of Under Pressure. So a little OT but relevant in terms of QAL heating up again.

Not that Adam banters much but he sometimes goes slower between songs and if he had time to talk about Pride etc that would have added to his total time. So for the Pride organizers they had it set for 90 minutes from the start time to curfew. Adam built his time frame around that and then actually had to squeeze it down.

Wut?? Adam has been to Newfoundland?? I wonder when? Maybe when he was a singer on that cruise ship? I wonder if he got screeched?  |

The gif that's missing is the one where he goes to the right upstage and puts his right leg up on a small bench and does his signature fist bump on his thigh and then does several GB thrusts. Once I get a chance to view all the vids, I'll identify the song and the experts can do the gif. It's the same position as the gif with the hand and finger moving around his crotch but it's different. Adam was on fire for this concert! His smiles were electrifying. He definitely left us wanting more - 10:10 pm till 11:05 pm. 55 minutes Yes!! I have asked for this a million times on twitter and no one has made it yet! :( It is in the Naked Love/Cuckoo video and it is during Cuckoo.) |
