Adamrocks....thanks for posting the ALFCVN tribute/ translation.
AMAZING tribute.....AMAZING choices.....to showcase the wonder of Adam and the fandom
....host did a wonderful concept for the show
....the music spoke for itself
....heartfelt words the fans used to describe the Adam experience ....incredible
....effort to promote Adam...truly for pure enjoyment for these fans....incredible+++++
I learned something from reading the text....well a lot ....but one thing that I had not read or heard was.....he will not be doing Runnin as he does not feel like that anymore. Hmmm ...was that just a way of saying it won't be performed. He sings lots of songs with "feelings".
But still an interesting choice of words for him. Maybe I should look at it as the journey he had before idol ....trying to find his path ....and not getting out of the cycle.

O/T but Idol related -- Arab Idol, that is.
Last night a bit of a miracle happened and a Palestinian won Arab Idol.
A wedding singer from a refugee camp in the Gaza Strip has become the
first Palestinian to win Arab Idol. Twenty-three yeah old Mohammad Assaf
- nicknamed The Rocket - has also been made a UN Goodwill Ambassador.
But as Al Jazeera's Renee Odeh reports, the road to winning the singing
contest was far from straightforward.

I think that is all we can do. The is close to no internet service in Syria right now. :( But I have a feeling she is OK. Has she logged in at all? I am very worried too. :( Most likely she cannot log in to anything. Internet and mobile service in Syria is disrupted. There have even been a few countrywide shutdowns. Kamar lives in Al sweida'a, Syria -- wiki page and map: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Suwayda It is on the border of Jordan. There are no reports of any fighting in this area. The only things I can find out about happening in this area are brigades of young men who have gone there to protect historic monuments and religious buildings, and refuges stuck there trying to get to Jordan. www.albawaba.com/news/jordan-border-closed-refugees-495188Kamar would not be affected by either of these. I think a prayer or two might be in order but I think she is fine. |
