Top 3 performance night on American Idol, the boys each sang 2 songs. First one was the judges pick and Simon Cowell picked One by U2 for Adam. Randy Jackson & Kara DioGuardi picked Apologize by OneRepublic for Kris Allen. The second song was the contestant pick and Adam had asked for Come Home by One Republic, but he either choose not to sing it because of the judge's pick for Kris or he wasn't allowed to sing it. I would have died, if he'd sung that on my TV. Anyway, he sang Cryin by Aerosmith. He had horrible sound-mix issues with the backup singers over-singing him and he pulled off his ear monitors.
