The organizers of the event say that LGBT nonprofits will be in the San Diego Pavilion that day, and encourage participants to see Runhoney, an all-girl rock band at the Rock On Stage at 3:30 p.m. Adam Lambert, the gay singer and songwriter from American Idol season 8 will take the main-stage at 7:30 p.m. and our community’s own DJ WillZ and DJ Nikno will be on the Coors Light stage from 9 p.m. to close. Rich’s San Diego will be giving away two tickets to the Adam Lambert concert at their WTF event June 29.

Re the fall...the slip and slide was deliberate I am sure but it looked like the legs up was a deliberate afterthought! jmho Also jmho, I think this whole breakup has been very hard on him but he hides fairly well. His eyes have not looked happy for some time and i think the time in NYC, with friends and away from reminders, has been 'just what the doctor ordered'. He was just plain ready to have a good time...and the jet lag combined with extraordinary heat/humidity just blasted all the remnants of sadness right out of him and he looks like he just totally surrendered to the present in his very favorite place to be...on stage, performing. YEAH for us!! and him....  ITA! Just didn't say anything, as others have been rather harsh towards those that voice this opinion. Didn't want to be accused of projecting my feelings onto Adam, but I do think the break up was a lot harder on Adam than he lets on. He is a master at putting forth a positive face even when he is not feeling it, which I truly admire. I wish I was better at that, everything shows on my face. Our pastor used to say he knew when he lost the congregation if he had lost my attention, which he could read in my face LOL! Anyway, it is great to see Adam looking happy and I think the time in New York was wonderful for him. I just wish he would come somewhat closer to Texas so I could get my fix of live Adam, I'm having withdrawal! |
