 Long a supporter of gay rights, Adam Lambert showed up at the “Live Proud” campaign celebration in Los Angeles last night (July 3). During the event, held at the Playhouse Hollywood, the “American Idol” alum gave a live performance and presented a check to the Trevor Project charity. And prior to going on stage, Adam discussed the possibility of taking his polished pipes to Broadway in the future. “Maybe someday when the time is right — if I thought it was the right project at the right time, I would love that. I have a lot of friends that are part of that community.
