Adam Lambert News @al_Examiner 7m Adam Lambert rocks AT&T ‘Live Proud Finale’ (includes interview from orange carpet) exm.nr/12nuKcO Adam Lambert closed the AT&T Live Proud campaign on Wednesday (July 3) in Hollywood at a special finale event. The exclusive private event kicked off with a check presentation from AT&T to The Trevor Project. As a result of “likes” to their Facebook page and Twitter re-tweets, AT&T donated $50,000 to the organization. The Trevor Project was chosen as the beneficiary because it is a very well respected nonprofit organization that is the national leader for crisis and suicide prevention services. AT&T has donated millions of dollars to support the LGBTQ cause. According to a representative from AT&T: “We really stand behind our programs and really stand behind the LGBTQ community. This program is a perfect example of what we do as company to promote diversity and inclusion.”  Adam is an ambassador for The Trevor Project and helped spread the word about the campaign via social networking and in a special PSA message. For the finale performance, he rocked the club and also shared his own “live proud” moment on the orange carpet. Actually, for him, being out in the entertainment industry in general is what makes him proud. He also cleared up a rumor about some rhymes he tweeted earlier this week, which are not lyrics to a new song. Watch the video below to hear his entire response. |

WoW - another great video/performance ... the close ups at .28 secs and later about 3:05min must have been amazing in person !!! - they certainly got to me ... he is such an entertainer !! The whole show must have been so great to see in such an small club - reminds me of the Sydney location last year for 300 peeps ... except that one was much more mellow.
