Q3 thank you, Who is DadBert and what is mash potato and spam which I know as a ham in the tin, and few more yours words which I can't guess it and I keep to forget to ask about them.... Anything with 'bert' added on the end of a word, or anywhere for that matter, is a fan code for an excited Adam reference. In the DadBert case it means getting all excited about Adam's Dad, Ebert or if he is on twitter milestogeaux. Spam is when someone overloads an electronic feed, such as email, with unwanted or repetitive information. Often on Atop it is just someone who has so much to say that they can't help but post over and over. This kind of spam is always welcome. Mashed potatoes is a little harder to define. There is the obvious food reference, actual mashed or creamed potatoes but that is not what is meant here. In pop culture or here on Atop, what it refers to is an unproven theory or wild speculation. The reference is from the movie 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind'. Richard Dreyfus, the male lead in the movie, has seen an alien spaceship which left a hazy message in his mind and he can't shake the message. He is so obsessed that he begins to build what he sees in his mind out of the mashed potatoes his wife served for dinner while his family looks on in confusion and pity. So when someone refers to 'mashed potatoes' it is a wild speculation based on minimal data. www.youtube.com/watch?v=yecJLI-GRuU
