I wonder what the answer would be if Adam asked to have naked people in his next video. Just food for thought. I have to comment on the next album rumor. Anyone who's been in this fandom for a while should know that at least 75% of the rumors are sheer speculation. I stopped worrying about that sort of thing years ago. Once Adam announces it, I either rejoice or whine then come to terms and go on to the next angst-worthy event. I have to say that we've been fairly angst-free for a while so we were due. This is a thoughtful article. The author is interested in readers' opinions on branding specifically and appears to be responding to comments. Where are the comments and how do you respond? I scrolled down but didn't find a way to comment or see other reader's comments. |

So much spec. But, this was an article meant to stir people up. And Shirley has been in the Idol bubble long enough to know exactly what the response would be. Who knows, maybe it was someone on Adam's team (not his label team) wanting this information out. Maybe someone thought RCA needed a wake-up call.

This was my 3rd concert. I don't see my family in the pic because for once we were more in the middle instead of against a wall. This is the prettiest theater I saw last summer and a very classy place. We didn't use it, but there was valet parking and the attendants inside treated us like we actually paid the thousands of dollars our seats would have cost during the regular season. As we sat down, I said something to the kids about the great seats. The lady next to me said something like, Didn't I tell you the seats were good? She was the box office worker that sold me the late release tickets! She was/is one of the retired folks that volunteer at the theater and a huge Adam fan. She was a delightful seatmate. Adam's set seemed to move in fast forward. I have beautiful blurry memories of the concert. I didn't realize until much later that he didn't sing WLL that night!   |
