Over the past few years, Adam has left cryptic clues around the web. Watchful fans sometimes spotted these clues and figured things out in advance. Other clues went unnoticed until after something was announced.

For example, after Ryan Murphy tweeted about Adam joining the Glee cast for Season 5, some alert fans notice the clue that Adam left on 6.29.13.



Adam says, “You like Eggs. You like Listerine. Give me so Gum. Lana Del Rey."

You like Eggs. = E

You like Listerine. = L

Give me so Gum. = G

Lana Del Rey’s real name is Elizabeth Woolridge Grant. = E

ELGE = GLEE


Do we have another clue. If it is a clue, it is a hard one. The lyrics are awkward and not very sensible. Perhaps the tweet is part of the message if there is one.







There are a lot of other clues out there. So let’s gather the clues and put together a timeline. Because he has already told us what is going to happen.

Adam Lambert Leaves RCA Over 'Creative Differences'
Singer says label was pushing for an Eighties cover album

Adam Lambert is leaving record label RCA over creative differences regarding the direction of his next album. In a letter to The Hollywood Reporter, Lambert explained that he decided to make the break after being asked by the label to record an album of covers.

"The label is 'pushing for an (Eighties) covers album,' and feels that this is the only kind of release they are prepared to support," the American Idol Season Eight finalist said in the letter. "While there are lots of great songs from that decade, my heart is simply not in doing a covers album."

Lambert went on to praise RCA, who released his 2009 debut album, For Your Entertainment, as well as 2012's Trespassing, a live collection and several EPs. "Over the past four years, I have been truly fortunate to work with an amazing roster of producers, writers and engineers," he said. "Thanks to them, I have grown as both a songwriter and a vocalist. Artistically and professionally, I think it is essential that I continue with this evolution."

In contrast to the covers idea, Lambert said that he is "already deep into" writing new material for his next album. "I can't tell you how excited I am to share this new sound and direction," he wrote. "This music is where my heart is, and I believe that is what my fans want to hear. So after careful consideration, I have made the decision to respectfully part ways with RCA."

Lambert also just signed on to join the cast of Glee for the show's fifth season.

It seems that Adam Lambert’s upcoming stint on Glee could not have come at a better time as the singer is leaving his label, RCA, after they demanded he release an 80s cover album.

THR reports; “The singer is walking away from his RCA contract after two full length albums, 2012′s Trespassing and 2009′s For Your Entertainment, along with several EPs and a live collection — all issued by the Sony Music label. ”

Lambert himself cites “creative differences” as the reason behind the split, and that he wants to work on new material at this time.

We’re sure he’ll land on his feet.
