JUST AN FYI - I checked with Q3 and volunteered to bring over clues from the last couple of days. I had a bit of extra time and I am not great at this and there probably is an easier way but will be going through and bringing over mashed potatoes and clues. Won't guarantee I will get them all but will try.

I kept looking at the vid, why did the hold the paper over the drawing hiding everything before revealing the clue and drawing together? And then the Do it again from Brian to Ashlee. Is she re-drawing trees? No, when she talks about trees she is almost off the paper and what she's drawing was the same as before she said anything about trees. Notice this mountain looks different than the other rounded ones, it has a top and I think she says you could ski up here.
Then they have this song playing in the background that people have identified as “Meet My Friends” by Gold Fields. Now the clue is all about timing it says Remember WHEN we drew. (yes my capitalization is different) Then they hold the paper over the camera, why? Something happens to stop recording at this point because when we hear the song again it has skipped over the first phrase of the chorus "I saw fire" and instead starts with the "I saw the fences" phrase.
I saw fire, I saw the fences,
I saw faces, I saw the fear,
I came by the same circumstances,
I’ve been places, I’ve done in here.
At the same time Ashlee is "doing it again" and heavily marking over what she had already drawn and I believe this was a fence (not trees) so they match the song.
So that gives us two ideas he may be trying to communicate to us
1) Saw the fences that were preventing him from getting to the top (bye bye RCA)
2) The rest of the chorus, I saw "a burning Ring of" fire, faces of audience, fear of contestants, came by same circumstances, I've done (been) here, could all refer to to Idol.

Pretty sure that is Brian saying "Do it again" , not that it makes any difference. I am guessing that the part they "do again" is Adam's hands and his looking up, because that shot is perfectly timed.

I was looking at the clues, and the statement that the word TREES keeps coming up. I see that Interscope has a label within its umbrella called CHERRYTREE records. It is a label for emerging growth artists.

Another clue was the word DRAW. Draw has many different meanings. Here is an interesting one. It is the tenth definition of the word according to the World Dictionary: 10. ( tr ) to write (a legal document) in proper form
Third clue. You might get into an accident down there...didn't George Washington "accidentally" chop down a Cherry Tree and then could not tell a lie? Maybe that is the "accident" being referred to. I guess the cherry tree incident was made up to illustrate one of Washington's quality of truthfulness, but that is what came to my mind when I started thinking about this Cherry Tree line of thought.
Fourth Clue : Red Light Special....RED for Cherries on the cherry tree.
Fifth Clue: Taking a page from the book(ripping the pages out of the notebook) Since this label was responsible for the development of Gaga, maybe they feel they can do the same for Adam?
Not sure though why Adam would need to be signed to emerging artist label, but I guess in career years in the business, he might still be considered new and developing.
I know I may be totally OFF BASE, but this is my attempt to have FUN with the clues. Anyone else have any ideas out there? Would love to hear them!
@4msrnym..... I like your idea of the Hollywood sign as it relates to the drawing in the notebook. I hadn't thought of that. What if Adam were signed to the label which distributes Queen's music? Interesting! If Adam were to be signed by Hollywood label, I would find that highly ironic as they merged with Walt Disney Records......and they have ties to ABC, A&E Networks, etc. I have always thought that they were behind Adam getting "blacklisted" from GMA and other problems he had after the AMA performance. That doesn't mean that they feel that way about him NOW, though. This pairing of Adam and Hollywood would seem odd to me, but they do have a powerful media network that would benefit him. Whatever would work for Adam is what matters and we are having lots of fun with the clues!!!
