Don't know if you saw this and it is originally in German (I think) so translation is only through google but it appears that the QAL in Vegas is the only confirmed gig. It sounds as if whatever the London gig is has come to nothing unforunately: Brian Interview ...I so hoped and waited ....  ...no concert in London... |

Well, it looks like Queen is not a part of the DREW mystery. Like everyone, I was hoping for the iTune London concert. Would have been good exposure for him.

squidbert, you shoud read the page three also... the pic is taken much earlier. As for the implied story behind it, the best source would be the person who added the text, then again he might be mistaken about the date of origin of the pic too. (No idea where LadyM found this pic+text thing... :( )
And no, I did not wade thorugh idf adommy bs more than two pages. I'm waiting for someone to tell the story (or the rumour) - if there is one, instead.
Let me add that I'm starting to believe that there is no story, only fanfiction...

But when I look at the original German text of the interview with Brian, the second sentence directly beneath the headline begins with "Two Las-Vegas-concerts with Adam Lambert, ..." and so I think that Brian only wanted to correct those wrong facts of the interviewer, when he said that there aren't two concerts planned with Adam in September because it's only one show in Las Vegas!
In the whole interview he doesn't say anything about a show with Adam in London/Europe but he says that they originally wanted to make a TV-show in England and that unfortunately now nothing will come of it!

This was when Tommy got the news that his Dad had a stroke or heart attack or something of the sort and was hospitalized and they did not expect him to live long. This was about 6 weeks into the GNT. I believe the hug was right after Adam told Tommy to take what ever time he needed to go be with his Dad and that his job would be secure. Tommy missed 1 GNT concert, the July 21 Portland Oregon concert, to go see his Dad. His Dad died Aug 6. For a number of shows afterwards, Tommy wore one of his Dad's favorite sweaters during the concerts. It's not from when Tommy got the bad news about his father.
