And isn't that another bit of speculation that bit the dust? Some fans were thinking recording studio - Cherry Records or something for Zodiac/Adam.. Posted by belle2 hours agoThis is about where I am too. I know it can be fun to speculate when we have nothing concrete, but it's getting boring for me. Some of the speculation, however wild, can build up some fans' expectations and then comes the inevitable crash. Even though you (me lol) tell yourself you will NOT get that invested yet again it happens. It happens because we want it all for him and feel he deserves it all. He does. But life isn't always fair or just. I'll always have hope but I'm going to try to manage my expectations. I agree. I was thinking today I should just listen to some music and watch vids and not think about announcements. That video is perfect!!! I can't even pick a favorite moment! |

JazzRocks, good choice, and thanks to violetglitz for making it! I almost watched a movie thinking that it might do good to my mood. I like Pedro Almodóvar and there's nice music too. Only that the recording stopped short and I don't know how it ended. This must be one of those days... I wonder if the TV special Queen + AL was going to be used to publicize the Freddie Biopic? With Sacha backing out the movie might not get made or at least not any time soon so no need to bring out any TV special. Just a thought.

Just remembered that Energy Music Radio is supposed to re-air last monday's AL hour at 3 am Saturday UK London (10 pm eastern Friday I guess). I will be asleep at that time (5 am for me) but would appreciate a post if someone listens to it - just to verify that I understood the schedule correctly (or not). BTW now playing TOMT by Smokey  ETA They just ran an ad about it and said 'repeat on friday' not mentioning time. On their site it's placed in saturday's slot. Just because Adam's the "Frontman" for Queen, I don't think Brian & Roger will ask him to play Freddie. EVEN if they ask him, I don't think Adam will want to do it. First off all, Adam himself said he's not that good in acting; second of all making this movie will take a lot of his time, time he can use to do Glee, maybe.. ehm.. Idol.. and writing music for A3. I read the other day that they are looking into Johnny Depp to play Freddie. He will be a good choice, just 1inch taller than Freddie and he's very good with accent..  Ohh.. and I'm not surprise at all when Brian said that they will use Freddie on vocal for the movie. The movie is about Freddie Mercury, so they should use his vocal. |

So, it's already Friday and still no label announcement. Hmmmmmm. Q3 said it might take a while. If Adam/DMG already has a new label lining up, I think they want to make sure they clear the legal side with RCA, before Adam can sign a new contract with a new label. |
