How often have we wished for a collaboration with a current and internationally popular artist, well looks like the day has arrived. Now need to send out good vibes to the universe that it becomes a single. It could blow on globally! I love it, but I am a big fan of disco. It energizes me and puts me in a happy place. OMG I am so happy for him and us. This IS sorta AWESOME!!!

Found this on my feed, not sure if it is true (blog dated July 3 saying it is the next single): blog.lessthan3.com/2013/07/daily-newsbyte-7-3/Hot off his latest tune Wake Me Up, Avicii's next single will be titled Lay Me Down (presumably his counter-argument to being woken up), and it will be no-doubt be infused with some signature Nile Rodgers sound.

I love this song and can't wait for the clear version. One of my favorite parts happens about 0:28 where some guy responds on a gut level to Adam's vocals with a spontaneous, "yeah!". Makes me happy.

By Lyndsey Parker | Reality Rocks – 19 minutes agoNile Rodgers & Adam Lambert in January 2013 [photo: Shahar Azran/WireImage]Put on your dancing shoes (preferably platforms), Adam Lambert fans. It's just been revealed that Adam will be lending his unmistakable disco-divo vocals to the new album by Swedish superstar DJ Avicii, #TRUE, one of this fall's most anticipated releases. Even more dancetastically, the #TRUE track on which Adam appears, "ID (Lay Me Down)," features a reunion with Adam's Trespassing/"Shady" collaborator (and recent Daft Punk/"Get Lucky" collaborator), Chic legend Nile Rodgers. Oh hell yes. more...

Foo... fb.me/GqGimTEdPlay.com – Top 100 Music Artists The votes have been counted (all 21,000 of them) and we’re delighted to announce that you’ve voted Queen as your favourite music artist of all-time! Not only that but Freddy Mercury and the boys beat their nearest rivals, The Beatles, by twice as many votes! Looks like the show really must go on. And they got there without Glambert help? I never saw this linked anywhere but I may have missed it.
