Someone was asking about the location of the vineyard concert yesterday. I wanted to correct the info that was given. It is NOT in the Hamptons, it is in Riverhead NY on the north fork of Long Island. The Hamptons are on the south fork and around 20 miles from Riverhead. You would get there using a major highway, the Long Island Expressway. Riverhead is the last exit. Short drive to the vineyard. There are quite a few moderately priced chain hotels in Riverhead (Holiday Inn Express, etc.). If you can get a flight into MacArthur airport, it is closer than JFK. You can also take a train from either airport to Riverhead using the Long Island Railroad (LIRR). Take a cab to the train station. I haven't looked it up, but the concert will likely be on a grassy area on the vineyard property. Food trucks and port-a-potties. Hope this info helps.

Southwest airlines flies into ISLIP which is on Long Island. |
