Here's hoping that they don't write a mean/dark/or slimy part for Adam that clings to him in other parts of his life forever in the glee follower's eyes. Things like that can effect image perception a lot IMHO. I was a little worried about this, but now I think if the role is obviously supposed to be OTT comedy, which is what I am picturing, the Glee fans will divorce it from Adam the actor's reality. I think he will make the show even more entertaining for them and they will respond with positive feelings.

Wow, I agree with you. Adele, great songs but tired of them. And this video--his voice is so unsteady and amateurish. We ARE spoiled. Must be doing something right if his voice is carrying a song to #1 on most of the world's charts It's the studio rendition that is carrying the song on most of the world's charts. I think he might be as good at live singing as Frank Ocean.

I do remember interviews where he said he does singing exercises every day, like scales. My three daughters all sang and also did musical theater since they were five and they were ALWAYS singing and practicing and rehearsing at home. Never a quiet moment with three of them (then my son came along and played the drums...*sigh*) and Adam's brother said he was always always singing at home. Singers just gotta sing, it's in them. Adam used to have a vocal coach traveling with him, not sure if he still does. I don't remember that he traveled with a vocal coach. More info please. I remember before (?) GlamNation a student of an LA vocal teacher Twittered that his lesson got changed because Adam Lambert wanted a coaching session. That's all I've ever heard. Also I remember Adam saying that he worked with a coach to alter song keys, etc., for GN to make sure he would not over stress his voice. I thought there was a vocal coach traveling with him on the Idol tour. Maybe he was there for everyone.

Yes, his face looks hot in this photo, but it usually does.
Two hours on the treadmill to work off his hangover? Good for Adam. Taking advantage of his opportunities.

I have a real love/hate relationship with Blurred Lines. It really is a crazy good song, musically, production wise, sonically (if that makes any sense…the different layers and beats and vocals). Thicke’s voice sounds just right for it. It’s a fantastic song. I remember the first time I heard it on our radio station, had no idea who was singing it, just thought it was great. It was weeks and weeks before I realized that this song I thought was so amazing was this Blurred Lines song that was getting so much buzz. I can’t believe his record label couldn’t see it. Do they have Styrofoam for brains?? But. Oh god, but the lyrics. The portion of the lyrics that TI (the rapper) sings are so nasty, offensive as hell. (and then make all the other lyrics creepy in context too) I can’t in good conscience really recommend the song, just for that. But it’s sooooo funkaliciously good….
