Oh good, it's not just me.  I actually got sick of Adele when she was played on the radio constantly so maybe they'll decide to go with a unique voice. One thing I can say about Adam is that no one sounds like him. Even all pop princesses (including Kelly C) all sound like other singers to me. As an aside, I decided to listen to a live version of Wake Me Up and Aloe Blacc did not sound that good to me. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I listened to another one. Same thing. Maybe we are just so spoiled hearing Adam sing pitch perfect and powerful 99% of the time during his live performances that everyone else just pales in comparison. Wow, I agree with you. Adele, great songs but tired of them. And this video--his voice is so unsteady and amateurish. We ARE spoiled. Really? I think he sounds great. I love his tone. It's a live performance, I don't need perfection (I don't even like perfection) or vocal training. Of course, my favorite singer ever is probably Michael Stipe---and he can run the gamut live. |

I think he will make the show even more entertaining for them and they will respond with positive feelings. Agreed and looking forward to seeing what the writers come up with. Jane Lynch's "mean" character is my favourite on the show. In interviews she comes off as very humble, funny and likeable. In addition to Glee, she recently had a role on Broadway and is currently hosting a celebrity game show. Love Nile's interview. His optimism is so wonderful to watch. Every time he says Adam's name, it's with the sense that they are equals. Nile is certainly special and I can only conclude that AFL's good karma is unfolding as it should. |

What's wrong with Frank?? I don't think much of his live performances. It doesn't matter because he's laughing all the way to the bank just like this Aloe Blacc is! Yeah, all super talented guys though |
