Funny when that blog (Tom and Lorenzo, something like that) mentioned Adam wearing his shirt buttoned up completely and the length of his pant hem, but that's exactly what is shown on the Barney's site. |

THANKS FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY WISHES!!! I'm all kinda misty-eyed, actually.  I'd be cured, tho, if Reihmer would give me the strawberry cake, K? I've got a thing about berries right now. My BFF is taking me out on a sekkrit outing..shhh...can't wait!! DH has something planned for this weekend. He has acne scars, bur so do Brad Pitt and a lot of other gorgeous people. He's said a lot of times, he has skin problems, but I've noticed he doesn't have the breakouts he used to (probably wasn't taking care of himself as well). |

Here's hoping that they don't write a mean/dark/or slimy part for Adam that clings to him in other parts of his life forever in the glee follower's eyes. Things like that can effect image perception a lot IMHO.

I was watching "Inside the Actor's Studio" the other night and actor's were commenting that the studio was a great place to come and study their craft. It was for them a great place to work on technique, etc. It got me wondering about Adam. Do you think he warms his voice up each day? Do you think he attends a weekly voice class or something similar? Do you think he takes acting lessons, teleprompter lessons, hosting classes? Do they even have anything like that or do all our performers learn on the fly or have natural aptitude? Has he ever talked about classes or anything along those lines. Do you think he's had dance? I guess I'm wondering as for the moment he will be performing less. How will he keep his voice box in shape?

IT's not just you. I thought exactly the same listening to the album.  Oh good, it's not just me. I actually got sick of Adele when she was played on the radio constantly so maybe they'll decide to go with a unique voice. One thing I can say about Adam is that no one sounds like him. Even all pop princesses (including Kelly C) all sound like other singers to me. As an aside, I decided to listen to a live version of Wake Me Up and Aloe Blacc did not sound that good to me. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I listened to another one. Same thing. Maybe we are just so spoiled hearing Adam sing pitch perfect and powerful 99% of the time during his live performances that everyone else just pales in comparison. Wow, I agree with you. Adele, great songs but tired of them. And this video--his voice is so unsteady and amateurish. We ARE spoiled. |

My three daughters all sang and also did musical theater since they were five and they were ALWAYS singing and practicing and rehearsing at home. Never a quiet moment with three of them (then my son came along and played the drums...*sigh*) and Adam's brother said he was always always singing at home. Singers just gotta sing, it's in them. Adam used to have a vocal coach traveling with him, not sure if he still does. |

I don't think Adam can NOT not sing every day. (There are so many negatives in that sentence that it is almost non-communication. But what I mean is he has said a few times that he sings around the house, in the car, etc.) Since he had an acting coach for some of his videos, I'm sure he will brush up on and soften his stage acting techniques. I'm sure his fellow actors will be generous. I think Adam looks sloppy, not cool in the latest outfit, but since I'm in the minority, I won't say anything! LOL  |
