"From Justin to Kelly" is one of the worst movies ever. It is #13 on the IMDb worst movies of all time. www.imdb.com/chart/bottom?tt0339034&ref_=tt_awd Kelly will be playing Kelly Clarkson on 1 episode of "The Crazy Ones" -- so a celebrity cameo, not an acting assignment. She has done many of these appearances. ** There are a number of actors from Idol, Katharine McPhee and JHud have prob been most successful. IMHO J HUD is a fine actress,Katherine not so much.. wooden and unbelievable I think Katharine was just perfect as Harmony in The House Bunny.

I made my daughter proud when I told her about Adam being on Avicii's new album. She has been an edm fan for a long time(went to the "electric daisy festival" this past spring) but has never really shared much about this with me so when I mentioned this colab she was shocked. She is an Adam fan but not as much as edm music so I am glad of the jointure.
Thank you Reihmer for your baking delectables each and every day.
The picture od Adam last night are so cute but funny because he has so much on. I just want to rip off his jacket. Now Lady Gaga I just want to throw a blanket over and tell her she will catch a cold. you can call me a "hot Mama" or a mother. lol

Excited about hearing LMD next week! I'm doubting that this will be Avicci's next single though. No info to say one way or another just don't want to get my hopes up.

Re: Tenor's singing: Thanks for the feedback. I, in no way meant to say anything negative about these singers, they are great tenors and we are talking different genres, different ages, etc. all valid points. My point was not to discredit anybody, my point is how differently Adam's voice naturally sits, in comparison to these trained tenor voices. The fact, where the voice sits does not by itself mean anything, certainly does not tell us about how well a note is sung, but it will register differently with the listener. That first octave jump does sound like a high note, when coming from that first tenor. When Adam sings an E4, it does not sound high. It sounds as comfortable as when a female sings E4. No strain whatsoever. Comb's A4 later in the song is beautifully sung, there is not doubt, and yes he is an old man. But when Adam is asked to sing an A4, he does so so naturally, that nobody would even assume that note to be high. That can be the good news or the bad news, depending how you look at it. Adam is like the 7.5 foot basketball player, who does not have to do more than reach up a little with the hand to reach the basket. Like in basketball, while a tall player has an edge, the overall agility, accuracy, etc...and all the other skills necessary will determine, whether that player is any good on the court. Same is true for singing, range is only one thing. We all know that Adam is trained and capable to sing well too, so he has the whole package. And of course these tenors do too. I just thought it was amazing to see how different Adam's natural abilities are, when you compare it to other tenor voices. And, regarding the octaves, yup, I also double checked a few times, because I did not trust my ears either. But, either I am totally crazy, or the notes are the way I wrote. It sounded differently to me too. Adam does have an unusual tenor voice. Angelina says he is a leggiero tenor --- the highest of the tenor voices, characterized by a light, bright, ringing tone, and lots of flexibility for tricky runs and riffs. It also can sound much like a baritone in the low register. Most choral music for the tenor tops out at about a G4 or A4. If you have tenors in your choir who can consistently hit those notes in full voice, consider yourself lucky. Adam can sing full voiced G5s, an octave higher than that, and have no sound of strain or tension. Remarkable. Very rare for a classical singer. G4s and A4s are so comfortably in his repertoire that they do not sound at all high, until you hear another tenor try to sing them. The mark of a good tenor, or any good singer, is not primarily range, however. It is timber or tone. Adam is remarkable in the pure, light ringing tone that also has lots of richness and depth, not a brittle, sharp sound. The harmonic resonances in his voice make it sound warm and relaxing. Much of this is due to his natural physiology, but even more due to his marvelous technique to make the most of what his body can do (talking about singing here, folks. Stop smirking.)

Claudia @glamfannation 2m Adam Lambert Checks In at Chateau Marmont | GossipCenter - Entertainment News Leaders gossipcenter.com/adam-lambert/adam-lambert-checks-chateau-marmont-905307 … He’s always up to something fabulous, and last night (August 11) Adam Lambert partied at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. The “Better Than I Know Myself” singer showed off his scruffy beard and donned a purple top with a black leather jacket and black trousers as he meandered past a few shutterbugs and met up with friends inside. In career news, “Glee” fans are thrilled that Adam will guest star in the upcoming season, and Chris Colfer revealed Lambert’s character. During an interview on “Live with Kelly and Michael,” Colfer noted, “Oh yeah! Apparently Adam Lambert is joining the show and he’s going to play my nemesis.” Enjoy the pictures of Adam Lambert arriving at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood (August 11). Why is Adam hiding away behind huge glasses and stache?? What doesn't he want us to see?? ~ he has turned into a vampire of Twilight variety so he's hiding red eyes and sparkly skin ~ he keeps stuffing himself with kale although it gives him horrible allergies... he just can't help himself ~ he's stabbed himself in the eye purposely so that it would change colour as his little masochistic homage to Bowie. Once the transformation is complete, he'll drop the shades and shave. They will be one. ~ he is being a good bro and he's doing it out of solidarity with Neil, who's joined the Kozaks and is sporting a stupendous beard these days; but Adam wouldn't be Adam if he didn't glam it up a little with the shades. ~ he heard it through the grapevine that he's been seriously considered for a role in the Blues Brothers sequel (hence the shades) , of the gay variety ( hence the... you know:). Still not tomorrow in the USA, so...

Upon close and detailed inspection of the freakishly gigantic adam-pictures of Adam's CM getup, I have come to the priceless and very relevant conclusion that the position of the knot on his laces indicates that Adam ties his shoelaces by crossing his legs while sitting down, or more precisely, by bendind his leg in the knee and then positioning his ankle on the opposite thigh. And then tying his laces. As opposed to bending in the hips, or squating, of course. www.adam-pictures.com/displayimage.php?pid=31656&fullsize=1Everyone who thinks I should commit a ritual harakiri, you've got a thumbs up from me:) Then we all should as I'm sure each of us are pulling up those pics and examining your observation. We are all obsessed! Isn't it fun?!

Confessions of a long suffering Adam Lambert fan:))) :
Following skills polished to perfection: biting my tongue/ deflecting/ taking a vow of silence on certain topics, volumes 1,2,3,4&5 (to be continued)/ ignoring things/ leaving my fellow Glamberts who speak up high and dry/ selective memory/ BSing/ hoping/ PC tweeting and posting ( except for this one:)/ screaming, yelling, cursing and throwing horrible tantrums in the confines of my feeble mind, i.e. internally/ pretending/ playing it cool...
Which is not healthy, I think. Well, that certainly explains a lot about me:) I'll be good tomorrow, I swear.
Honey, I have NO idea whatcha talkin about, but I hear you LOUD and CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!! big hug. Sandy bb!!! Why are you a new member? What have you done:))) If there has been some secret rejuvenating campaign here on Atop why wasn't I told:) You look as fresh as a summer day!
