I see that there is a bit of excitement in the feed today. But I'm too upset to be excited even about new Adam mixes. Just got back from picking my male cat Tiger up from the local Vet School Clinic. Large mass in his intestines causing him to regurgitate his food too often. Should know more tomorrow noon, but most likely cancer, but maybe a fungal infection which would be easier to treat. Probably surgery on Monday. Well, definitely no QAL for me in September, unless I win a contest. All my money will be going to vet bills. awwww....I feel for you.. Hope its not cancer...

Hi everyone!! I'm the guy who did these acoustic versions, I came across this forum and, first of all, I would sincerely like to thank EACH and EVERY one of you for all the kind words, over here and on Twitter! I'm truly extremely happy that these Adam versions - some of my favorite ones out of all the acoustic remixes I've made - finally got to be heard by his fans and that you guys are enjoying it! Aftermath especially - it would kind of piss me off that while originally recorded a 5+min track with so many vocals and harmonies, a full choir (!) behind it and a gorgeous string accompaniment, so much of it was left out of the final mix and had never seen the light of day! For Aftermath, as pointed out, I've used his unprocessed vocal, along with the acoustic guitar and the live strings for the last chorus. For Trespassing, I've put them on top of the instrumental of "Metal & Wood" by Tyrone Wells (such a cute song!) - the difference there is that all vocals are in the album mix, many of them unfortunately buried among all these layers. I can't wait to finish more acoustic versions for other tracks, and hope you enjoy these too! Once again, my most sincere THANK YOU to all of you!! So glad you found us here at Adamtopia! As you can read, we are LOVING what you have done with Trespassing and Aftermath. I will just speak for myself, and say that Adam has such an incredible voice I long to hear it up front, center, un-fooled-around-with. He does such amazing stuff with his voice and his interpretation, he doesn't need "enhancements" or instrumental camouflage. I don't usually go for remixes, but these are definitely going on my "Adam's best" playlist! Let me also add that your choice of backing instrumentals is artistic and complimentary to the voice. Can't wait to hear other songs! Runnin? Yum-yum.

Kerry Kolsch is the author of this book: American Idol Vote Scam : How an Inherently Unfair Voting System Allowed Corporate Sponsors and State Pride to Steal Adam Lambert's Win and What American Idol Can Do to Save the ShowETAI should add that is just a fan article and no one takes her seriously.
