Hi everyone!! I'm the guy who did these acoustic versions, I came across this forum and, first of all, I would sincerely like to thank EACH and EVERY one of you for all the kind words, over here and on Twitter! I'm truly extremely happy that these Adam versions - some of my favorite ones out of all the acoustic remixes I've made - finally got to be heard by his fans and that you guys are enjoying it! Aftermath especially - it would kind of piss me off that while originally recorded a 5+min track with so many vocals and harmonies, a full choir (!) behind it and a gorgeous string accompaniment, so much of it was left out of the final mix and had never seen the light of day! For Aftermath, as pointed out, I've used his unprocessed vocal, along with the acoustic guitar and the live strings for the last chorus. For Trespassing, I've put them on top of the instrumental of "Metal & Wood" by Tyrone Wells (such a cute song!) - the difference there is that all vocals are in the album mix, many of them unfortunately buried among all these layers. I can't wait to finish more acoustic versions for other tracks, and hope you enjoy these too! Once again, my most sincere THANK YOU to all of you!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THESE ACOUSTIC VERSIONS!!! THEY ARE FABULOUS!!! How in the world did you manage to get hold of the original tracks with unprocessed vocals?

I've been lurking lately and not posting, but I had to come out of hiding to say the following:
1. Congrats to Q3 on the recent successes with her job. Thank you for all you do at this site. 2. I love Platinum Adam! But I love most of Adam's looks. 3. A HUGE thank you to Lucas for the remastered music....I am in awe of Adam's natural talent. His vocal skills are incredible. 4. I love the posters who wish happy birthday to the members here with their pictures of the scrumptious cakes. TY!
THANK YOU ALL.

I just love Lucus remixes. What a treat to hear Adam's vocals so pure and clearly. Like a lot here I have been frustrated by the production on albums especially FYE. What we love is the voice. For me some of my favorite songs live are hard to listen to. Soaked is a good example of overdone production IMO. Great day with the remixes and Adam working on new music.

Rats. Just wish Kerry Kolsch wrote 'current' instead of 'currant'. I'm discouraged when writers and authors (professionals?) transmit articles to the media with errors such as this. Can't help it. Erodes their credibility, in my head. Kerry Kolsch has no professional integrity to erode. The book is poorly researched and filled with errors. And she is still posting the same claims all over the web. It just makes Adam fans look like fanatics rather than fans. I agree with you. That woman needs to go away. She's embarrassing.

I see that there is a bit of excitement in the feed today. But I'm too upset to be excited even about new Adam mixes. Just got back from picking my male cat Tiger up from the local Vet School Clinic. Large mass in his intestines causing him to regurgitate his food too often. Should know more tomorrow noon, but most likely cancer, but maybe a fungal infection which would be easier to treat. Probably surgery on Monday. Well, definitely no QAL for me in September, unless I win a contest. All my money will be going to vet bills. I'm sorry to hear that, I hope that everything will turn all right for you and your cat Tiger.

Totally love the acoustic Trespassing - it's on repeat - but wanted one more look at the Platinum guy today: ETA: and those little kids behind him are the cutest!

DAMN ADAM LOOKS SEXY SMOKIN THAT SHISHA ****Had to google shisha(hookah), had no idea ??? since I don't smoke anything. Not clutching any pearls. I know Adam can do whatever he wants. Smoking shisha: how bad is it for you? It is growing in popularity but some experts say a single shisha session is the same as smoking 200 cigarettes

I read Kerry Kolsch's article earlier today off of twitter, and I too, as a fan, found it embarrassing. Yes, i agree that Adam "should have" won Idol 4 years ago, and that he would make a great judge today. But to suggest that because the "powers that be" permitted Adam to be robbed of "the Idol title" back then...they now "OWE" him a Judging position...well, that is just crazy.
For one, winning or losing Idol meant nothing. For good or bad, Adam would have the same career he has today. Isn't it about time to "get over" Idol? Adam is in the music business today, not the Idol business. Do we need to continually drag him back to Idol?
Secondly, as someone who loves Adam and supports his work, I hate it when people like Kerry Kolsch makes other fans look bad, and by extension, makes Adam look bad.
Just one man's opinion.
