IF SOME OF YOU ARE WONDERING ON WHAT ADAM IS SMOKING IN THE RECENT IG PIC IT IS HOOKAH WHICH IS WATER VAPOR IT IS COMPLETELY SAFE. DONT WORRY  Hookahs are most commonly used to produce water vapor which is passed through a tobacco product, in which case the water vapor most definitely contains all of the same carcinogins as smoking cigaretts. Other common substances that the water vapor may be passed through are marijuana or herbal mixtures. The tobacco-free herbal based mixtures should not contain nicotine. But most hookahs burn charcoal to produce the water vapor. There are other harmful and carcinogenic chemicals produced and released into the water vapor by the burning of the charcoal, namely carbon monoxide (CO) and polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAH). Thank goodness. So far they have made really good choices about how to handle Cory/Finn's death. I really respect Ryan, the writers and the cast for how respectful yet open they have been. |

I would like to ask you something .. Maybe someone knows what vegetables, Adam and Sauli used to make juices. I remember they were doing the detox, which must have been effective because, Adam has lost weight and he looks so healthy. But also I would like to find out how many days they have been doing this detox. I see a few photos of Adam and the green juice, but I do not know the story closer. I ask because I'm a big woman and I would like to do something like this too, and also I would like to persuade my older son, who is also a large man, to try it with me...  |

I know kale was involved (sometimes called black cabbage). As for duration depends but usually a few days up to a week... |
