Q3, a question. In this day and age of Pop music, would it be too weird for an album to have one producer, such as Nile?

With the break from RCA, Adam seems to have greater freedom to pursue collaborations, as long as they are not with RCA artists (unless orchestrated by RCA)- is that how it works. maybe Adam will take the 'do as many collaborations' as possible as long as it is good. Yeah for not being in a box!

More common for rock and urban artists. And it would be surprising. ** Luis Dubuc/Mystery Skulls and Secret Handshake, signed with Warner Music Co. in June, 2013. So the song they are working on could be a demo for his album. Also Luis Dubuc is based in LA so perhaps that is who Adam was working with last week. ** suzie12: Adam is independent so he can collaborate with anyone -- including someone signed to a Sony deal including RCA. Plus, artists and producers who have "exclusive" deals with a label can get a release to work with an artist signed to a competitive label. |
