Not sure where rumours about Adam on the voice Oz came from but would be very doubtful. New season isn't for a while (last season finished not that long ago) and unless Ricky Martin doesn't sign up for another turn can't see them having 2 gay pop guys on panel. Last seen was Seal, Joel Madden, Delta Goodrem and Ricky. Ricky was insanely popular as a judge. Delta is Australia pop sweetheart and only girl, Joel had some minor drug issues at end of season so could be doubtful but is also very popular and Seal's contestants have won both seasons so far... Just don't see where Adam would slot in - not that wouldn't be happy to see him grab a red chair... Seal has said he's not sure about returning. There are mentor assistant slots, too, on The Voice, but Adam would be great at judge/mentor. |

Why does the album version LMD sound slower than when it's played live or is it me? No you're right it's about 4 beats per minute faster live. I guess in addition to reading the crowd and whatnot, DJ's adjust the tempo of their tracks too, probably to keep a consistent energy or vibe. I combined live audio with the album snippet and it doesn't seem different to me, BUT the total time of the video is 4:46 and the album LMD is 4:59, so it may be slower overall, unless we're missing some intro. What, three pages only on my lazy Saturday?!?
Okay. Yesterday, Jablea asked us about Adam's music recommendations and their influence on us ( something like that, I think)
Of all the artists I have learned through him, only three were completely unknown to me before and my interest in them has survived casual Google check out. Those artists are Sia, Goldfrapp and Ivy Levan. And early stuff by Azealia Banks. Amazing voices, great songs, and I love Ivy's aesthetics.

I enjoy Sia, Goldfrapp, Ivy Levan, Uh Huh Her, and Ferras, all introduced to me via Adam, although I was very late to Goldfrapp!

Also I'm curious as to why Shoshanna asked fans earlier for videos of Adam mentoring on Idol and his duet with Angie. Please don't let those rumors of Adam being a judge on The Voice Australia be true. I would love Adam to be a judge on the voice of Australia.. He has many fans there. Of course I would rather he be here in America,but if not , IMHO Australia would be amazing.He is a world wide star after all. I do not think Adam will do The Voice Australia -- and this seems to be a rumor with no basis. The Voice [AU] have not announced when the program will be broadcast or who the new coaches will be. A vacuum like this feeds rumors. |
