LMD has 250 votes now. I think once it goes over 1,000, it will be enough for Adam to tweet it. Q3, where do you the number of votes? I see the number of hearts, the number of points and the number of tweets... but nothing about the number of votes...

YEAH!!! good for all you who have been upping Adam's score. ? Duh....I tried but maybe I am not doing it correctly and I would have to to be on twitter or facebook to vote?it seems you can vote regardless of twitter account, but it is not c lear what exactly counts... I just voted and tweeted and I see the points in the list of voters, but the overall number of points has not changed, it is still at 19081, where it's been for a while now. IDK when they are updating the points counter. Also, I scrolled thru the list of twitterers and I can recognize the vast majority of the names...which tells me that Adam fans are voting and Avicci fans are MIA....Do they know about this? How do we let them know? Is there a fan site? ETA: the counter got updated and s at 19866 now

PLEASE click blue link here, under Lay Me Down: "vote for this track". Shoshanna says it's important! hypem.com/twitter/popularI "Hearted" it instead! DUH! Points are based on your # of Twitter followers and the ratio between following and followers. How Hype Machine works: blog.hypem.com/2009/07/twitter-music-chart/How does it work? We monitor Twitter for links pointing to tracks on the Hype Machine. We then give each of those tweets a number of points based on the number of followers (and the ratio of friends & followers) that person has. Finally, we add up all the points and figure out which tracks are tweeted by either the most influential twitter users, or by the largest group. Simple.
Just tweet a link to any track on the Hype Machine and it will alter that track’s position in the chart. You can also check your Twitter score on the page to see how many points your tweet would add. Try it!108 points were added when I tweeted the link!

Is the fan site still active? They sent an email last year to renew membership, but I haven't received anything this year. Mine expired Sept. 1st. A basic membership is still available to purchase in the store and I'm happy to do it to get pre-sale passwords/tickets but I don't want to just throw money away. The fan site wasn't funded by the label was it?

So if this has been discussed and I missed it - delete I will Adam with the headphones listening to favorites A LAD INSANE Then there is this reference : news.radio.com/2013/06/21/not-fade-away-stevie-ray-vaughan-double-trouble-texas-flood-anniversary/"And yet, it was in this climate that Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble emerged and turned a new generation on to the blues. Funnily enough, Vaughan benefited from an artist that MTV was giving lots of airtime to: David Bowie. Vaughan had been hired at the guitarist for Bowie’s mega-successful comeback album, Let’s Dance, which helped to pave the way for his solo career." All roads keep coming back to Bowie.
