I have always been a fan of the EDM genre. Back in the 90's as a second job, I used to teach aerobic classes and then naturally moved into step aerobics. I was always looking for great music, that was faster and could be played at an even faster pace. EDM was all the rage in Europe, and I remember the all night dance clubs in Spain with this pulsating music. Of course my classes would love the pulsating beats and it would keep them going, then that type of music somewhat died down, and I am so happy it made a comeback in the last 5 years. I was always the instructor with the great music. I told them I imported it, and paid a bundle for dj's to put cd's together for me.
Adam's Lay Me Down is the caliber type song, that keeps you motivated to want to push and get that endorphine rush. I can feel and hear this song in a club, and just want to move to the beat. The whole album is fabulous, and if I were an aerobics instructor today, I would have a dj cut me a cd, with all over the songs hyped up even further, and in one continuous string, so as not to skip one beat. Avicii is a genius, and using Adam's voice even more genius.

I am going to Vegas! Lucky you!!!!!!!!!!!!. I'm jealous, but happy you get to go and see Queen and Adam...it's magical. I am assuming you have a ticket also. My hubby will in Vegas at that time, but not attending. I wish it were the other way around, me there, him home. |

My hubby will in Vegas at that time, but not attending. I wish it were the other way around, me there, him home. Yes. I have resisted until now because I saw them twice in London -- but I did not have the will power to stay away! And OMG OMG OMG I am on the FLOOR! I am insane but happy. |

I missed why we are suddenly "glamhoppers." That sure doesn't sound like Adam Lambert fans like Glamberts does. What happened? (I hate grasshoppers - they are nasty pesky ugly critters where I live.) Since glam is dead we need a new name!! I vote "Lambros" |

Since glam is dead we need a new name!! I vote "Lambros" Yes we need fan name and I would appreciate one I like. I have never referred to myself as a Glambert. I avoid using the term to refer to Adam fans as Glamberts. Partly because it originated with Perez Hilton. But on the Glam part -- you can never take the Glam out of Adam. He can put on leather, but he will always be glamorous! |
