I find it fascinating that two days before the concert, ticket prices have not come down. Maybe there will be a steep drop tomorrow but that seems risky as it cuts down the number of people who can at the last minute make arrangements to get there. Any thoughts about this? So thrilled that most of our Atoppers who wanted tickets got them. Except what about our wonderful GrandDucchess? She lives not far away and can drive. Maybe there will be enough of a drop so she can take advantage of her proximity. Just a fyi....no where near all the atoppers who wanted tickets got them!! Perhaps most of those with roughly $500 disposable just for the ticket but for those of more modest means, and especially who would have had to add on the cost of a flight and hotels etc, this show is far beyond their/our means. Anyone outside of the US did not have access to any of the give aways so this was definitely a targeted audience....which is really surprising considering they claim their target demographic is too young to have access to this kind of money. Thank goodness for the NYE show and the fan club....I am going to that!!! Helps to heal the butt hurt of the iheart show. :-) Sorry. You are right. I was very lucky and got something under $300. If not, I would not have been able to go either. I was thinking about some of the last minute Atoppers that grabbed the few well priced seats that suddenly popped up. |

Mys*&@^# or others...need input I have a bone to pick w Q102 (Philly) what would you do????????????? I thought the evening DJ - Maxwell was a fanboy of Adam but have been noticing that when on air discussing the IHeart event, Maxwell only ONE time has mentioned Queen and didn't even mentioned that Adam was performing w/them. The last time, Maxwell didn't even bring up Queen.  "' Do you think Adam has lost favor or possibly because the label has not 'supported' the station w payola ??? (shhhhhh) no one does that anymore ... It just seems strange. should I tweet to Maxwell and mentioned that Adam will be performing ( as if he didn't know that) What to do???????????? LASTLY, it is best to 'gift" LMD when it becomes a single? I am thinking that the reason Adam asked us to push LMD might be because Avicii's group is trying to decide on next single and are interested to see what songs have strong support. That might be why Tim tweeted about his favorite song. LMD has very strong competition with Hey Brother. If LMD gets to be the single, we won't have to push, it will be a hit. Now is the time when we have to make LMD seem as popular as we can. |
