Actually the last time it was performed was May 15, 1985 in Osaka. There was no concert in 1989:) I've seen that listed too. Somebody once made "fantasy fan-mix concert" for "the Miracle At Wembley" to make a "this is what could have been if Queen had toured The Miracle album. That might have confused somebody enough to post it as a genuine setlist. Queen last performed with Freddie in 1986. And you are correct that is the last time the band EVER performed it. There have been no Queen + performances of the track - then again...who could have pulled it off? Adam's probably the first singer that could manage. You're not seeing Paul Rodgers try that one Oh thanks! I knew that! I just disengaged by mind and believed the Web. Big mistake. I have fallen into the pre-concert excitement. 37 more hours to Queenbert!! Adam could sing it but it would be a very different song. I think he would rearrange the vocals and modify the lower notes, but perhaps improves on the high notes. I actually think Adam could make a single out of this song -- it is pretty timeless and the melody and lyrics are magnificent! I would be pretty cool. PR -- I think he is smart enough to stay far away from songs like this. I saw/heard Freddie have trouble with that quick transition once (mid 70's). It is an easy song to play but really, really hard to sing. just try to sign it with Freddie. Seriously the guy was miraculous at his prime.

I'm hoping there will be encores! 35 minutes is too short, especially in this context!

Amen. :D
Tidbit of knowledge Brian has said in the past that this solo was his favorite ever. People usually ask why that is since it's such a simple solo. He always said that it fit the song perfectly and really added a nice contraverse to Freddie's voice.

Paul Bond won't let anything slip though He does work for Queen & Family on a bunch of things - Queen Extravaganza, Spike Edney's SAS Band, and Yellowire (Queen lawyer Jim Beach's son's band)

act.mtv.com/posts/why-we-heart-the-iheartradio-fest-lineup/WHY WE HEART THE IHEARTRADIO FEST LINEUPPosted by Alexandra Govere The iHeartRadio Fest lineup looks sooooo good! As in, do-good! From Drake, to Katy Perry, to Adam Lambert, here's how the festival's impressive list of performers making the world a better place. .. + Adam Lambert Gets FriendlyAdam Lambert is a spokesperson for The New F Word, a photo campaign and documentary film, about the only F-word that really matters: friend. "I took all that hate and judgment I received and channeled it into strength," Lambert said of being bullied. "Moving onward and upward, becoming who I am today. That's what resonated with the Friend Movement's New F Word Campaign. It's a rallying cry for channeling all that negative energy from bullies and critics and asserting it into fuel to always be true to yourself.”
