Impatiently waiting for Queenbert to happen... I know that we are scorned here in Europe, but I get my hopes up on yt. Pleaaaaaaaase.... Glampoon posted a great tip yesterday or the day before, something called tunnelbear (www.tunnelbear.com). With this you can make a VPN connection to a couple of countries (also USA), so the website you are visiting believes that you are in the USA instead of in Europe. I installed it on my iPad and it worked great. I have great hopes that I'll be able to watch the livestream from the Netherlands now. And on the gaga / glee rumors: I was acutally kind of hoping that Adam would sing Applause, it is my guilty pleasure at the moment. I really like that song, even though I shouldn't. And then maybe also The edge of glory and of course Fever to end the medley... Oh well, I am sure that the end result will be great, whatever it will be. I just hope I'll be able to watch Glee from here as well. Everybody in Vegas... Have a great time!! |

Just going to repeat my earlier comment - bummed that Nate Russ is going to bombast his way through STL which is my fav song of Queen and Adam. His range is big but he has none of the theatrical flare or nuance that Adam brings to the song... So I hope A gets to do something else spectacular like KQ instead.

Personally Fun has their own set. Queen is not encroaching on their set. I want Adam to bask in his glory and have his own complete set without encroachment. I like Talon's comment about Brian being a whore, very fitting in this case.

What a weird running order - Elton John to Benny Benassi to Chris Brown.  Am I right in thinking that now the drag and Gaga rumours have been debunked, we are back to knowing almost *nothing* about Adam's character? ETA - although editing myself cos I've just remembered Benny Benassi did that Beautiful People song with Chris Brown so it makes PERFECT sense. lol |

And Adam is fortunate that Brian and Roger asked him to perform with them at this concert. There are a bunch of artists appearing at iheartradio who could have sung lead vocals in place of Adam. Elton, Nate, Matthew Bellamy of Muse could have all taken a turn at a song or two. Or someone else could have flown in just for the occasion (e.g. George Michael). Personally, I'm thrilled that Adam is getting to sing at such a high profile event, with no hit single, or album about to be released, or even a recording contract. This is a great opportunity for him. And I don't think Brian deserves to be called a whore just because he and Roger asked Nate to sing lead on one song. Adam could have gotten one song; it sounds like he's going to sing 6 (out of 7). Sounds like a good thing to me. YMMV.  |

There was talk of adding an 8th song. Now that the set looks to be 35min Adam may very well be doing 7/8 of those |
