But this isn't "Adam's set". This is Queen's set. And Adam is fortunate that Brian and Roger asked him to perform with them at this concert. There are a bunch of artists appearing at iheartradio who could have sung lead vocals in place of Adam. Elton, Nate, Matthew Bellamy of Muse could have all taken a turn at a song or two. Or someone else could have flown in just for the occasion (e.g. George Michael). Personally, I'm thrilled that Adam is getting to sing at such a high profile event, with no hit single, or album about to be released, or even a recording contract. This is a great opportunity for him. And I don't think Brian deserves to be called a whore just because he and Roger asked Nate to sing lead on one song. Adam could have gotten one song; it sounds like he's going to sing 6 (out of 7). Sounds like a good thing to me. YMMV.  I've got no problems with others doing songs with Queen - my issue is the song I love Adam on STL... ok will stop pouting now. It's all good. I am feeling entitled. I want it all, and I want it now. Yes I am thankful for Queen inviting Adam, but I want him to sing all the songs. I am not going to be PC....I am going to be very entitled. But that's okay. Looks like she responded at the pink place, and implies Shoshanna, as a publicist, may be bending the truth to put Adam in a better light. well...well....well... that's nice . |

I think we all (or most) feel this way. We only want Adam to sing with Queen, and anyone else to do so is taking time away from Adam. If Nate's song with Queen is aired on TV, that also takes time away from what could have/should have been Adam's TV time. |

Personally Fun has their own set. Queen is not encroaching on their set. I want Adam to bask in his glory and have his own complete set without encroachment. You're right, It's not Adam's set, but I also don't believe that it's not Queen's set; it is, and always has been at this event, Queen plus Adam. I recall back to after the EMA's when Brian said that the morning after that performance (paraphrasing) the phone was ringing off the hook with people wanting to see that PAIRING! Ever since then, I've been a little disgruntled to always listen to how Adam is lucky to be asked and is just a guest and how he is not in the same echelon of stardom. I know that, plus I'm a Brit and love Queen, but I really believe that the new shows they've been doing with Adam aren't because they were asked to do a show and they kindly invited him. I think they were asked initially as that pairing. I know that Queen have the kudos to set up performance to suit themselves and bring in some other performers, but I truly believe that Adam is there as much for his own worth, as Queen's charity. To me the initial EMA invitation was the most brilliant thing they did for him. From there I think he was more than just along for the ride. Not dissing Brian and Roger in any way here. Seoulmate, no handbags at dawn please I feel a bit better now; hopefully haven't started another civil war  . |

My take on the DQ rumor is that mj's source misunderstood something and thought they had true information. I think MJ believed her source. So really no one is lying. They are just going by what they were told, or think they were old. If I were MJ, i would be wary of that source in the future.

If Adam does it he would have to rearrange the vocal I think. I love this live performance of KQ, Freddie brought the song to Broadway  ... oh and Roger voice in the next song's sexy  |
