The new vids from Nic are fabulous. I am addicted to CLTCL - I seem to remember Adam saying if they had had a Queen night on Idol that's the song he would have done, anyone else remember that or was it AOBTD? Anyway his lower register in it is just gorgeous. Always love the high notes but the development of this other part of his voice is just amazing. I know someone else further back in thread also wondered about Cassies thoughts on it. Other thing I noticed in new video is when he starts out BoRhap you can really see his "breath support" at work. Just total control. #carryon I thought the low register was gorgeous in CLTCL. It was not lower than we have heard him sing live before. But it had more strength and fullness than we have heard. More resonance. Usually when Adam dips below about an A3 or G3 (four notes below the middle C on a piano) he loses much of his strength and richness. Not Friday night. The phrase "Crazy little thing called love" is all in that very low range and it sounded great! Why the change? Beats me. I would guess a combination of the voice continuing to mature and Adam continuing to train. I have no doubt that he works with a vocal trainer as well as a pilates trainer. The results of both are obvious. |

I don't know what to say, that hasn't been said by every media site out there! ADAM WAS INCREDIBLE!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM LOOK MORE GORGEOUS! I HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM EXUDE MORE CONFIDENCE! (We got a peek of this at Paso, but Holy Moley!) I HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM ROCK MORE CHARISMA!!! I HAVE NEVER HEARD HIM SOUND BETTER!! HIS LOWER REGISTER, HOLY SHIT ![]()
You guys, if he keeps getting better and better WTF does he have in store for us????????!!!!!!!!!! I have made a promise to myself that no matter where the next full Queenbert concert was, I will be there! Because 35 mins was just an appetizer and it made me hungrier than ever! For goodness sake, MyS*&@^#r.... DID YOU LIKE IT?  .. like Simon Cowell told Adam after Born To be Wild performance, "Adam, maybe you've got to learn how to express yourself a bit more". mys*&@^#r, I am with you i.e. Queenbert next concert. If they are going to have ones in the US. I HAVE TO BE THERE!!! |

I was in sec 5, which is one off the floor, and everyone sang to all but Dragon Attack and WWTLF. The 3 20 something boys in front of me sang loud, did air guitar, and danced their asses off!! It was definitely a mixed audience though. Not typical at all. It skewed older than most radio shows. Obvious there were lots of corporate people there. Elton was the first act that got everybody up out of their seats. He arrived to a standing ovation. J Cole got the most up, before Elton. He surprised the hell out of me. Liked him a lot! LOL! Everyone stood for Queen.  I'd say a couple hundred people left right after Katy. No accounting for stupid people! The sound mix at the beginning of the show was awful. Loud music & muted vocals. Mostly fixed by J Cole. This the most well organized on time concert I have ever been to. Very impressed! I don't know why all radio shows don't use that revolving stage. It is amazing for keeping set up time to zero!! One thing that was sad was there were probable several hundred empty seats the whole night. Fans that really wanted to be there could have been in those!! :( Those greedy organizers holding ups all those tickets so they can sell them at the higher prices at Stubhub and only release them last minutes? How can they sell last minutes tickets if most of fans who wanted to be there have to deal with the higher last minutes airfare. They should release at least 60% of the tickets to public as soon as possible. |

Okay, so third vid is done which just has 2 songs involving Fun with Queen/Adam. I think I have figured out how to post my full vid, uninterrupted, so it may also show up when the upload is completed on my youtube account. Also am doing a vid of just WWTLF on its own, as it was unbelievable! Thanks for the kind words. Thanks so much for your videos. Nic. More Adam and a different vantage point. Had to delete videos on my HD to save them! They're fantastic! |
