The "10:00 hour" means the hour starting at 10 and ending at 11. Whoever posted the first thing about Q103 playing Adam heard that it would be between 8 and 10. The DJ at that time probably said that. At least they're still saying that it's coming up. Carol Miller is on the air from 7 p.m. 'til midnight.
