My daughter's friend has Love and Hate on the inside of her wrists, love on one, hate on the other. I've been thinking about getting Love and Light on mine! I really like the look of hers, not too big and can be covered easily if needed! No one in my family has a tattoo either and my mother would absolutely DIE if I did this, sort of makes my inner child want to rebel and do it now!!!

Hummingbird is my 2nd choice! We have Hummingbirds and Dragonflies in our backyard all the time! Probably my inspiration! Your photo, adamrocks, is beautiful!! Want to address what some think of his Freak of Nature being upside down. IMO, it isn't. It is writing that is supposed to be inspirational to him. If it were facing us, to me, that would be upside down. It needs to be so he can read it, just as the OOFTA is  |

LOL, my mother still hasn't seen mine and I've had it for years. She absolutely despises tattoos but I live my life for me not for her so that never entered into my thinking. Mine was very much a personal thing and that's why it's in a place that you only see when I'm in a bikini, underwear or naked :-) |

I don't have a tattoo, but I've thought about getting a little pattern of stars on my inner wrist to remind me of what Carl Sagan said: "We are made of star stuff." It makes me feel connected to the universe. However, I may have to wait until I'm the last surviving member of my family because we're not a tattoo family and I'd feel funny trying to explain myself. Do it for yourself And explain nothing. When people ask me why I did something what they think is weird I always answer "Because I can". |

I look everyday for my hummingbirds to come and drink from my feeders. They make me feel happy and peaceful watching their small but mighty wings moving so fast. I have had some come right up close to my face and say hello! They are inspiring to me. |
