Is Instagram only for Apple devices or is there a version that can be used on other branded products (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc)? Would be nice if there was a version for non-Apple product users.

Also for Android. No Windows. And I think no PC:s in general? But if you have an IG account on your I- or Android phone, you can see pictures of people your are following on your feed on PC in IG, but that's all. It's still unclear to me what can I do and see with webstagram, but I think I can see the feed of defined people if I know the username. All other functionalites only for phone. Please correct me if I am wrong, I have had an account only 3 days???? |

Instagram is now part of the evil Facebook empire. They made a move to claim ownership of all the content posted on Instagram in December 2012 and planned to sell the photos. There was a huge outcry and many people left for other photosharing platforms. They dropped this idea in January 2013. Now the plan is to start selling ads. *** Instagram works with iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android camera phones. You cannot interact (follow or post) from a PC but you can see everything. Was hoping for a different answer. Oh, well. My family did give me an IPod touch so I guess I can squint and try to type on that tiny keyboard. It does take nice snapshots so maybe I can try my had at posting some things to Instagram. Agree Facebook is evil and sneaky. They try to find every bit of private information about you and then use it for their own benefit. Also wanted to add special thanks to Q3 for creating Adamtopia and giving us a place to share our love for Adam. There are so many talented and creative people here. I have learned so much and our global community is so amazing. Love to start my day with coffee and Atop. Sometimes I even check at 2:00 in the morning when insomnia strikes. |
