And Glee is in production on episode 5x07.

Here is a wrap up of what is known about this episode.

1. The title is “Puppet Master”.

2. Adam is in this episode.

3. The show will include both NY and Ohio (McKinley High School) scenes.

4. It will have an 80’s flashback set in High School. Here is an extra casting call for this Friday October 25, 2013. It does not say it is Glee but that is the best guess for the “hit FOX show”.

6. A reliable source has Kurt and Starchild alternating parts on “Into the Groove” with one other singer from the group.

Now I have a small wish. I do not think it will come true, but I really would like to see/hear it. I want Starchild to get 2 songs in this episode and get to cover Queen’s “You're My Best Friend”. It is one of my favorite Queen songs. It was originally recorded in 1975, released as a single in 1976 as a follow-up to Bohemian Rhapsody. It is the one early Queen hit single that seems to have been forgotten.

As I wrote above, I do not think this is going to happen but the coincidence of Adam and a Queen ballad being in the same episode is too much for me not to dream a bit about.

It's hard to talk about Arkansas native Ivy Levan without mentioning her INTENSE and DISTRACTING beauty. Throw in a few shots of Ivy in a floor-length ball gown (still fighting crime, mind you) and a few more sound bites of Ivy's gritty and bold pipes, and girlfriend's just secured her stance as a serious pop music contender. Unfortunately, Ivy ends up captured by the aforementioned masked men, but we're pretty sure she'll find a scrappy way out of the situation. Probably by batting her eyelashes a few times.

Queen’s Brian May admits ‘I know if Freddie Mercury saw Adam Lambert, he would just be smiling all over his face’!

Brian May has paid the highest compliment possible to Adam Lambert and said that he thinks the late Freddie Mercury would have been a huge fan if he had ever met the American Idol star.

The legendary Queen guitarist has been working with Lambert on and off for four years, ever since they performed together on the American Idol finale in 2009, which saw the flamboyant performer finishing in second place behind Kris Allen.

Their most recent concert was for the iHeart Radio music festival last month, where Adam and the whole band received rave reviews for their set, with the only real complaints being that 25 minutes on stage just wasn’t long enough.

In a new interview Brian has claimed that Adam Lambert is still, getting better and better and maturing his performing style and he was full of praise for the ‘For Your Entertainment’ hitmaker as he gushed:



“He is maturing fast as a singer. He is a great entertainer… he is a natural.”

Adam takes on Freddie Mercury’s vocal role on the band when on stage with Queen, after the accomplished singer passed away in 1991 and he has always insisted that while he doesn’t try to be Mercury, he wants to pay tribute to his musical greatness in whatever way possible.

May thinks he is achieving his goal and continued:

“Although he doesn’t sing like Freddie, they do have a lot in common the two of them. I know if Freddie saw Adam, he would just be smiling all over his face, because the guy is a real artist.”

Brian loves Adam’s personality too and said:

“He turns out to be a really nice guy, as well and that is so important, because you can’t work with people you don’t like.”



Brian and drummer Roger Taylor have previously ruled out making an album with Adam Lambert but they are hoping to hit the road and perform more concerts with the ‘Trespassing’ singer sometime again soon.

They won’t be doing a full length, nine month long series of shows but one off concerts are an option and he told BIG100.3′s Lisa Berigan:

“I hope we do more stuff at some point. We are talking and there are possibilities. People are making offers, so we’re looking at them. It would be nice to do a few shows. I don’t think I would push the button to a nine-month tour like the old days. We did that and life is too full of other stuff these days. I have a life and I don’t want to sacrifice it to be on the road the whole time but a little bit would be good.”
