I'm sure soundcheck would be tomorrow, but it's the timezones that makes leaving by tonight necessary. 5 1/2 hour flight, 3 hour timezone difference! There are 3 other airports all within 30 minutes of LAX so that could be a plan. And since they'd have the money to change flights, a definite possibility. Even if LAX was open, right now, the flights would be so backed up, it'd be a nightmare! "LAX is opened. But flights are delayed. Some flights were diverted earlier today. The airport is not a full capacity operation as of noon Friday. Officials state that their Twitter account @lax_official has the most up to date information. “We will tell you when we will get back to full operation… but it will be time. It is fair to say that every flight out of LAX today will be significantly delayed.”
Thanks for the info, Mys*&@^#r! I knew you'd have it down..figured they would have to fly out of another airport. At least the time doesn't change until Sunday. That would even make it worse. 5 1/2 hour flight? I didn't know. What a mess at LAX. Sorry to read about it. ![]() |
