Agree with you viv. I used to work in an InterContinental hotel and another five stars hotel, I love to walk in to the Ballroom when there's big/huge event like this just to admire the sitting arrangement and the floral arrangement and they're always so beautiful. When you walked in to a huge ballroom to an extravaganza events you want to see an extravaganza's room arrangement too. IMO those flower arrangement's not OTT at all compare to what I've seen. It's like a wonderland, isn't it? To a designer, this is my idea of heaven. Every event has it's own color scheme etc, so I understand this might not be everyone's cuppa. I personally love working with tropicals. But give me a flower and I'm a goner. The florist has to create a fantasy that, in this case, creates an abundant and yet welcoming feel. Very psychological. People who feel pampered get very friendly with their checkbooks and raise lots of money for an excellent cause. Guess that's how I see 'flower power'..  |

the suit is lovely. adam cleans up nicely. he is a very handsome man. maybe it is the white shirt with the generic tie, but he looks so "normal". I guess I like a little more edge. Is this his new image? Or just appropriate for the event? Or where he is in his life? Honestly what popped in my mind.....move over Michael Buble. It is 100% appropriate for the event! You did see his outfits the earlier part of this week, right?  Well, the blue genie might have worked here - it is Make a Wish  |

The unbuttoned top button is his "cool factor!" ![]() Most people will never notice - blinded by the awesomeness that is Adam. ![]() To be honest --- the un-button saved the whole look from being too straight. Not my fav look, too ballroom.... but I know that is just me |

Preaching to the choir, but I won't be able to sleep tonight if I don't say it out loud. Adam is probably the handsomest man I have ever seen.
His personality and character only add to that. Now I can relax, read a little, and wait for pictures.

Not worth popping a valve over..your friend's loss. ![]() I know, hon. It's been this way for the last 4 years or so...lol! I keep thinking I can convert her...lmao!! But, I'm definately not popping a valve over her. I just don't get why she doesn't like him, that's all. I even asked her who she liked that season (kris?). Nope..no one...lmao!! She hated that Adam stuck his tongue out like he did, even when I told her why. hahahaha! I totally love this friend. I don't really talk to her about it at all..and haven't for a long time. Just mentioned it tonight in passing since it came up on my fb...oops..hahaha! I guess it's just frustrating and confusing to me that ALL my friends don't get it. I know that's pushing it too far, but dammit, what the hell is wrong with these people?? Including my son...hahaahahh!! Their loss, for sure. So ......whatever...I know that. I just refuse to understand it. That's all. Heh!! I gave up on conversion a long time ago. Saves me a lot of agony. Want a male masseuse? Adam got one!  ![]() SPA TIME!!!! |

I don't know, but where I live, where people go to the ballet in shorts and polo shirt, I am afraid, nothing about this fantastic look would be normal. Really, nothing. And that is not even talking about his good looks, just the suit and tie. Now, Buble, I agree. He looks very normal and average. If men looking like Adam tonight are normal, can I join your world? |

Just logged back on....and I am slowly picking myself up off the floor. Seriously, he is not for real. Gasp! Best looking we have seen him ever, ever, ever....or at least in years. In fact, in this picture, he reminds me again a bit of John F. Kennedy Jr, don't you think?   So much perfection, that it takes your breath away, or at least your mind. I remember that whenever John F. Kennedy spoke, I always had trouble listening to what he was saying, because I was just standing there with my mouth wide open and watching his mouth move, or his eyes or his hands or whatever. He was just that drop dead gorgeous. And now Adam reminds me of him. Its those eyes that are gentle, yet deep in thought. There is intelligence in the eyes and a sparkle. There is masculinity in the thick hair, the eyebrows, the strong chin line, the strong profile. There is gentleness in the lips and sensuality and then some. There is the perfect grooming, the perfect posture, the beautiful hands, the clothes. And in the end, you just are left standing there and staring. I bet Adam meets a few people tonight, who are just hopelessly and mindlessly stammering when they meet him, unable to get an intelligent sentence out of their mouth. Must feel so weird to him, but it is almost impossible to keep it together, when this much beauty is right in front of you. ============ Oh, and yes, I did log in to say thanks to Rihannsu, Q3 and others who looked up the chart positions for MTN. Now, while I still don't know how to do it, at least we have a starting position for Thursday. And to the person who asked why I would expect the original song to climb in the charts after Adam sings it (forgot who asked, sorry, brain-dead, - wonder why). Didn't Adam do that to every song he ever sang on idol or beyond? I remember that to be a constant and weekly topic. How high did the original song climb after Adam covered it? I would expect it to happen again, even though I hope his own version fares even better. I totally hear what you are saying about JFK Jr. Adam strikes me the same. Total perfection, for sure. I remember the exact place I was when I heard of the missing plane, etc. So devistating. |
