Thanks for the background of The Fox song. I listened again and still cannot understand how this is a parody of club music... I admit I listened to it for the first time yesterday (and I still haven't watched the Psy Gangnam Style YT in its entirety), but I already had heard about the backstory. If you try to ignore the visuals and the lyrics, you will notice that 1. The music is VERY similar to the formulaic crap we hear on radio, and I am sure it is on purpose. 2. Some of the favorite effects used in modern music were used in an funny way - for example the Mo-o-o-rse, Ho-o-o-rse part. 3. Other than in most radio hits, the guys have pretty strong voices. 4. They intended it to be crap, they knew it was crap, and it still got 200+ million views, which points a finger at the industry and the audience. "See, we made crap, and you liked it like all the other crap out there. Even with all the stupid lyrics and ridiculous visuals". In that context, it is a great parody. I both hated the (intentionally) crappy parts of it and loved its parody qualities. Slightly related - German ATopers might remember the case where a host of a comedy TV show represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest with a nonsense song written in a more or less invented language and placed 5th back in 2000. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wadde_hadde_dudde_da%3FIntentional crap often scores high. That probably explains why the industry keeps on producing crap (intentionally or not), and will-i-am is a star but Adam isn't (yet).

Back during GNT a fan made a large puppet of Adam and had it in the first row. He/she tried to give it to Adam after the concert, but I think Adam suggested the fan keep it and entertain others with it. Do we have any pics of that puppet?
