Just such a heart warming story. I wish everyone would appreciate our service men more. My Dad, my brother and my exhusband (and many friends) served our country. And, my son was in the National Guard for 3 years, also. My own brother was spit on when he came back from Viet Nam. And, he was severely injured when he was there. :( I think it's getting better, but we have a long way to go, for sure. Sorry to be so OT, but it's just so dear to my heart. On a happier note, although just as OT...hehehe, tomorrow is my oldest sons 45th Bday. Wow!! Time flies when you're having fun!! But, damn....I'm just so proud of my boy...I can't even put it into words. He has a 5 yr. old son and a 6 mo. foster baby girl, who they hope to adopt soon. He is so in love with this little girl, it's such a beautiful thing. I can't wait to be able to post pictures of her. Trying to think of a way to bring this back to Adam. Well, to me..and probably only me, there is this familiar resemblance with Adam and my oldest son, when he (my son) was a teenager. So very slim, hair slicked back, and....omg...the eyes! My son has the most beautiful eyes...just like Adam..with the full, beautiful eyebrows too. There have been some pictures that made me gasp because of the likeness. I think the nose has something to do with it, too...lol! And, my son was in musical theatre in HS and has a beautiful voice. He wasn't so much into sports...hehe! Hope that works...lol!!

TBL: ' Briefs: Adam Lambert Gets Felt Up, The Entertainer Of The Year, And “Family Guy” Kills A Character' www.thebacklot.com/briefs1125/11/2013/"TV Line has video of Chris Colfer, Darren Criss and Adam Lambert introducing their Glee puppet doppelgangers. They all have a lot of fun, but Adam has a field day." 'but Adam has a field day' - I've found out this phrase is an Idiom. But I'm not sure what it does mean (lack of language skills). Just wanted to chime in here. As others have said, to have a field day is to have a really good time. The origin of the phrase is military. Back in the old days, a field day for the troops was a day dedicated to parade, drills, and mock battles. The spectacle of a field day entered civilian life to mean a day filled with exciting and glorious accomplishments and finally to today's meaning of a day where everything goes your way.

"Having a field day" basically means taking advantage of the opportunity to have a really great, uninhibited time. That's as close as I can come to explaining it. Thank you so much for the answer and the explanation Murly and Juniemoon. Yes, I think it fits - Adam had for sure a very good time with this vid.

Can I help? What are you trying to do? I'm computer illiterate and amazing Ayleim has been trying to teach me how to bring over the MTN video on repeat. To be honest at this point I'm so exhausted that I don't even care anymore..LOL But thanks for the offer... my head is aching and my tummy hurts,,, whine.. Think I'll just go to bed : Dear Mellie, you are not computer illiterate--anymore. Just a bit inexperienced. Look at all the things you do now that you didn't used to. Even people who are very experienced want to pull their hair out from time to time. I'm going to quote you and change it a bit: 8-)
