Dear Glamberts,
We wanna announce a whole new program named "GLAMBERTS'RADIO" made for all of us.
Supported by a local radio station that we were blessed to co-operate before,we have decided to make a periodly fan-made radio program in which we will broadcast livestream the requests of songs from Glamberts ( of course the songs are Adam's) following by true stories of fans that we have collected for years.
The purpose of this is creating A PLACE where all of us from everywhere from the world can gather at the same time to listen to Adam's music, share own feelings and discuss, especially to SHOW THE LOVE of us to our Idol. This is inspired by @adamlambert 's vision : no matter who and where we are, we can all party together, "and celebrate our similarities".

I wonder if Adam really did get offered a judge spot on AI and then Glee came up. That was all so wacky. Glee showcases his talents and is such a better gig for him.

iridium, augenpoesie, rpeura Back to the discussion re acting for Adam.... I am in total agreement with you folks on not wishing Adam to play Freddie. I was only ticked for a moment re Brian's comment  ...and when I thought about it logically....my sentiments matched yours. I was really just letting that person know that they have someone in mind anyway, and Adam was not in the plan. And thanks for the reminder as to Brian's other re comments re the choice of actor and why that person was chosen. I did not tuck that into my brain....but it is there now! More significantly, to add to my words of admiration for his role in Glee thus far... Adam is finding his own way to break into acting, and it has been stellar so far. So thank you to whomever... the producers of Glee? Adam's management team sourcing opportunities? some random link with somebody who knew somebody? I sure don't care... I am just happy for Adam he is having this first opportunity in a series TV show, to learn, to share his talents and ideas, and to kick ass doing so!! (It does not hurt to have people say he is loved by the Glee folk)![]() The future??? one step at a time! But the first building blocks and base are being formed! There are at least 3 links that Adam has to Glee that could have resulted in Adam being on Glee: 1) Adam auditioned for Glee before the show aired. 2) Lea Micahels (Rachel) has been lobbying that she wants to sing with Adam since basically the beginning of Glee. 3) Adam meet Chris Colfer (Kurt) sometime last spring at some talk show. Maybe they meet before that, but that's the first I know about. |

I do not believe he was offered a judging spot on Idol XIII (the goofy name they are using for 13 like it is the SuperBowl.) The Idol alum panel was dead when Kelly and Carrie said no, and they brought in the new team, and Simon Fuller get the panel he wanted for years. ** I think Glee was better for Adam anyway -- it gave him a chance to prove he can act and is a potential TV/Movie star. Idol would not have given him that. ETA: Another link between Adam and Glee is Ryan Murphy who has wanted to have him on the show literally for years -- also they at least have mutual friends, and I believe had met before. |
