Just popping in after Brian's not so vague hint on twitter. I would assume that it's QAL. I don't think that at this point they would tour with someone else. I could see one offs with others but touring is a different matter entirely. The only other option would be if they were to do it themselves...but I don't see that happening. I also loved how someone said they'd pay attention to RT interviews cause he'd spill the beans and Brian laughed and agreed! SO it does look more and more likely. Hopefully they'd do a little US touring. Perhaps Brian will guest on Adam's album (wouldn't be surprised). On a separate note - I got to see We Will Rock You 3 times this weekend and it was phenomenal! If it comes around your area you should definitely go take a look. The second time was the best for me as I know the guitarist in the backing band and I got to sit in the pit with him (and also next to Tristan and Brandon (part of Queen Extravaganza)) during the show. Quite a different perspective but QUITE awesome indeed. Fun show! But back to QAL. If Brian is being this unsubtle then this thing is closer to announcement then we'd think. Otherwise it'd still be the more vague "You never know", "Looking at options", "Figuring feasibility". Etc. This seems much more in terms of - we can't announce anything until the details are finalized and the contracts are signed but we have agreed in principle to a certain amount of dates/places etc. So cross your fingers. It does seem like a good year for Adam fans. Glee, a new album, a tour with Queen. Glad for you. As far as his backing band goes. Far be it for me to criticize Adam's choices, but I've NEVER been thrilled with his band. They almost seemed to have been picked more for look than for substance. I'm not saying he needs a Queen-level band. (Not many are even close to that lucky) but a better band can up your game. Many solo successful artists are successful (especially live) due to band chemistry and competence. Look at three acts: Billy Joel, Elton John, and Bruce Springsteen. All 3 are highly successful and partially because their backing bad is as good as they are. Just a thought. Talon - so happy for you! Three times in one weekend!!!! WOW! The Queen tour is becoming more and more a reality and I am holding my breath for a USA leg and hoping for NYC!!! Puhleeeeze make it so!! *now to figure out how to ask eye rolling family to skip my Christmas and birthday gifts and buy me a ticket to QAL if they come to this area.....

www.alwaysontherun.net/craig/craig2.htm... Lenny's lead guitarist since '91.. this is the type of lead guitarist I wish for Adam I heard them live, years ago ,in Boca Raton.. blew me away. I wonder what Craig is doing ,while Lenny makes movies and designs furniture?? But Adam had that kind of guitarist who shared that sort of rock dream with you but Adam did not share the same dream! That ended up like a horrid Greek tragedy so don't think we should be going there, perhaps, ???

I know most people are fantasizing about a possible tour, but for me the most exciting thing is the possibility of Brian May collaborating on some songs for Adams album. OMG the chills.
