It is going to start snowing in NE Ohio at 1:00AM and snow for 24 hours. It should be just about enough time to look at that escalator photo.

Yeah to all the Queen news /Glee news / fashion pics with Adam. All wow!
Re Queen: I think Q3's list is probably pretty accurate, but I do hope for at least 2 stops in the north-east. If NY is the only stop for an area of 60 - 70 million people, they better do get MSG, and then some, it will be nuts to get tickets for that. And nothing in either CA or TX? Wow! But I guess, with only an estimated 7 concerts for whole of US/CA, you have to make some deep cuts somewhere. So, overall, it's probably what we can hope for. Count me in to rather wish for Brazil or Mexico rather than for Japan. Maybe then Japan in 2015, together with AU. Who knows.
Want to comment briefly on that picture of Adam with that woman in red that has dominated multiple pages, I'm not reposting the picture. In a strange way, the picture reflects two sides of Hollywood. The person who turns herself into a stage prop and totally looses (or never finds), who she is in that bright light that she is seeking like a moth, and the other person, who is trying to keep it real, in spite of the bright light, and finds that 'real' is not understood when presented in Hollywood, where answers are expected to be simple, and who is therefore often wrongly judged and perceived as showing a facade, when he really is not. Two sides of the artificial limelight that come with that industry.
Finally, re the Rachel - Elliot storyline, just some speculating - no info. If this is the Trio episode, then I would assume that there is something triangular going on. i.e. Elliot is comforting Rachel, Santana somehow gets in Rachel's way, either professionally or privately and Rachel and Elliot sing Barracuda, singing it about Santana. At least that would be my guess. i.e. if Santana tries out for Funny Girl, those lines about stealing a song would be quite poignant. Just don't know yet, why Elliot would be involved? How does that impact him? I guess, we'll find out, won't we?

Also I had Southern California on my guess list. *** I am intrigued by Brian's tweet -- what 2 buttons? Dr. Brian May @drbrianmay Our Queen meeting ? Thanks for asking. We pressed 2 important buttons. 2014 is going to be an interesting year for us. News v. soon. Bri #1 seems like Queen doing something live -- hopefully with Adam -- since Brian already kind of said that. The other ? possibly about some Queen recordings? With Celebration Day (Led Zeppelin) getting such good reviews and 2 Grammy nominations, I think anything is possible. The film?

Dontshakemytree, I also remember experiencing a sandstorm in Egypt. I was in Luxor at the time. Will never forget those yellow colors in the sky, as the storm approached and a flock of geese that happened to be caught in the storm and how the two lead birds, slowly guided their flock to a place of safety in the middle of a usually busy town, which now was paralyzed by the storm and therefore governed by a different law than during normal hustle. Was an amazing sight.
I cannot even imagine how the country is coping with something like this now. Most houses do not have any heating, people do not have heavy blankets and coats. A light coat is all you ever need in Egypt (normally). The drivers that have no experience on how to drive in snow, and are generally driving every tire til the day it falls apart and have no idea what a tire profile even is supposed to look like, because they have never seen one.
And the thousands who live in squalor in tin roof huts with air blowing through them? I have no idea where they are all going to stay? My thoughts and prayers are really with this whole region. We here are able to deal with winter, because we are used to it and equipped for it, but down there, it can be deadly for many.
ETA: Your question about the two buttons. I think one is mini-tour and the other is that album of treasures found in archives, including the MJ tracks. I don't think it is the film, because they recently had the announcement of the new actor (Freddie's role) and so that indicated the continuation of their work on the film at that time. So, I think, that announcement is done. Monday should be interesting.

The low was 45 degrees, high on Sat 61 degrees F. Going up to 72 by Monday. Turkey and some other parts of Asia, however, are having shockingly cold weather. They are used to it there but it is well below normal. ETA: The most severe problem is for the 2 million Syrian refuges who have had 3 days of terrible weather, freezing temperatures, and snow to deal with.
