You know it is dangerous for me to start thinking! And when I saw Adam in the classic tux all I could think of was James Bond. Then when I saw his shoes, I realized it was a fully Adamized version of James Bond. Bond for the 21st century.

So what did Bond author, Ian Fleming, think that James Bond look like?

He wrote that he had blue-gray eyes and black hair that hung down over the right side of his face.

Ian Fleming said that James Bond would look like Hoagy Carmichael. In his novel, "Casino Royale", Vesper Lynd remarks, "Bond reminds me rather of Hoagy Carmichael, but there is something cold and ruthless." In Moonraker, Special Branch Officer Gala Brand thinks that Bond is "certainly good-looking... Rather like Hoagy Carmichael in a way. That black hair falling down over the right eyebrow. Much the same bones. But there was something a bit cruel in the mouth, and the eyes were cold."

Now, let’s just throw out the “cold and ruthless” part – because the Cold War is over.

So now that I found my Bond. I need to cast him in a film or two!

Which Bond film should Adam star in?

Ian Fleming wrote 12 Bond novels plus 2 books of short stories. There are many post-Fleming Bond novels but I am ignoring them. Adam will star in an original Ian Fleming penned novel. Here are the 12 choices:

Anyway, I make up my own mind about men and women. What's the good of other people's opinions? Animals don't consult each other about other animals. They look and sniff and feel. In love and hate, and everything in between, those are the only tests that matter. But people are unsure of their own instincts. They want reassurance. So they ask someone else whether they should like a particular person or not. And as the world loves bad news, they nearly always get a bad answer--or at least a qualified one.





Move over Sean (although I love ya) and George, Roger, Timothy, Pierce and Daniel. There is a new Bond in town! And he is dressed to kill and carries a lethal vocal weapon!
