I was in Walmart today and passed by the Redbox. I was surprised to see they had Bridegroom to rent. Surprised, and very pleased. To read this is very disheartening. I've never rented anything from Redbox, but I may just have to go back tomorrow to Walmart and check it out to support the cause. I called and spoke with someone and he said mine was one of the more pleasant calls he had today and he will definitely acknowledge the feed back from my call. I think it does make a difference if we show our support for their distributing Bridegroom. |

It really does make a difference to call. I just took my own advice and called Redbox, the woman was so happy to get a pleasant call!! WOW I feel really good.  |

I just sent them a nice email--I hope it makes someone happy as well! I know that in customer service you don't often get positive correspondence. |

I do research about Customer Experience and the ratio is over 10 complaints to 1 positive message. So any positive messages stand out!! The Redbox CSR told me she never got a positive call before! So I am sure my call mattered! ** New thread is up! |

To me the food on the plate looks exactly like Finnish Christmas food (plate with the warm food). If it looks familiar to you too, I'm curious what do you think the big yellowish chunks in the middle are? Looks like turkey, prime rib, stuffing, peas, and creamed corn ! Certainly not Finnish Christmas food! |
